A quiet place, good coffee and home-made muffins, great place to get some work done or meet friends. A good thukpa also if you're hungry.

Unquestionably, the best coffee shop in the Leh! I’m so thankful that, I was able to find this spot for some good coffee just in time. The atmosphere inside this coffee shop was very vibrant and relaxing. I will definitely rate them a five-star for...everything that they provided. Truly amazing! The owner and I have become very good friends and they helped me in so many ways. Thank you so much!!More

Yama cafe was our go to place on Chanspa not only because of good coffee and local food but for the kind people who run it. Mr. Rinchen and his wife Nilza are very hospitable and always take time out to have a good conversation...with all customers. Must check out this cafe when in Leh.More

I have been in this coffee place many times. I have just felt so confortable with the cosy atmosphere, the delicious local food and specials teas. And you can read some books in nice seats. So highly recommended for having a good break in Leh...area, on the way to Shanti stupa.More

If you're feeling overwhelmed and need some rejuvenation. Head to the Yama cafe. The vibe, coffee and delicious food of the place is a treat for mind and tongue. This has been my go to place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My personal favorite has...been the Ladakhi cuisine served here.. Also, you get a great sunset view from the place...<3 <3More

We came to Yama cafe on several occasions during our stay in Leh. They have really good Italian coffee, the staff are trained Baristas. The food was also really good, whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is very laid back since it...is a little ways away from the hustle and bustle of the town center.More

Rinchen Namgial and Jigmet Don Jorgais, both handsome guys are the owner of Yama Adventures and our tour guide. Both of them are good hosts. Well i may say, very good. They were attentive and put so much care on us, the tourists. Their clients....Rincen Namgial greeted us personally in Kidar hotel. He also there when we had our first breakfast in his resto where we met Jigmet, our tour guide for the first time. Rincen treated us like family. We feel home. He gave us good and clean hotel which is Kidar Hotel, good food, good service, good tour guide and many more. The last day before we were back to Delhi, he brought beers for everyone. wow.... its a pity i dont drink beer so i gave my share to Dukduk our driver. Dont forget Dukduk is an amazing driver. He was driving his car like dancing. Yes...he was dancing with his car around Himalayan mountains, so i can sleep beautifully. Though the altitude is bothering me, im so happy to be with the group in Leh-Ladakh. Rincen you are rocking ! Jigmet you served us nicely! Thank you so much. Keep it up guys! Been in leh 6 weeks and go to yama daily for breakfast. The lads who work there are great ...nothing too much trouble but be prepared they are laid back ....food yummy. My only gripe here is the amount of a certain country people who...thinks it's fine to sit a smoke hashish constantly giving no thought to others trying to eat breakfast 😨More
