Probably the most refined and highest quality restaurant in Leh. We had dinner here twice and both times are outstanding. The menu is beautifully written and features traditional Ladakhi dishes cooked with loving care and attention, some not found anywhere else. If you want to...explore local dishes, it is unmissable. The service was also excellent, from attentive waiters in traditional clothes. Beer and whiskey are available but it would be nice if they served wine (very hard to find in Ladakh). Highly recommended.More
Namza boutique and restaurant is a small but classy place. The food quality is simply amazing. The boutique also has a lovely collection of designer clothes.
Visited twice during my stay in Leh and was not disappointed - Great vegetarian options.. Relatively small portions but very well priced .. Do reserve before you visit
We happened upon this restaurant by accident and what a happy accident that proved to be! The restaurant is beautifully designed, sort of contemporary with a traditional Ladakhi edge to it. A beautiful space, perfect for a date! All of the food we had was...DIVINE, and gives one a good experience to sample traditional Ladakhi food. We loved it so much, we ended up returning for lunch the next day. Food, setting, ambience, service all made us want to return.More
Amazing and authentic ladakhi food. The ambience was lovely. The yarkhandi pulao and Tibetan chicken dish served with ladakhi roti/steamed bun was delicious.
Discovered this place that serves authentic/ traditional leh Ladakh food and what excited me even more is the farm to table concept. The place has beautiful ambience, outdoor seating will be lovely in the evening. We started our lunch with mutton Za-thuk this is a...soup that is made using nettle leaves, dried cheese and local herbs, available in veg, chicken and mutton option, we loved the flavour of nettle leaves and dried cheese with little chunks of mutton. I personally love the flavour of mountain mutton. The chicken momo also known as mok mok was average nothing to write home about. The yarkhadi pulao is a chefs special and I am glad we tried it. The meal come with pulao made of paneer, green peas, Carrots and fried onions loaded with ghee. We were warned it would be heavy, it was but we just loved the flavour, this meal comes with a clear soup and 3 momos or mok mok. Available in veg, chicken and mutton. We opted for the veg option. The most famous home grown fruit of Leh Ladakh is apricot and the season has just started. We enjoyed a tall glass of homemade apricot juice. Like us if you are keen on trying local food, this place is a must visit. #lehfood #lehladakh #ladakh #locallehfood #localfoodinleh #lehMore
Pathetic place. Very unwelcoming people. Found a fly in the pizza they served. Another couple who were already having lunch with their kid.. the kid choked and collapsed after having the food. We all panicked and we had the same experience after coming back to...our hotel. They have a kitchen garden right outside the dining area and you can’t have your food without flies and honeybees. Honestly, you don’t pay so much for this kind of experience. Even for free lunch I would not like to recommend this place to anyone. Tasteless food and unwelcoming people and the owner . I would not even rate even 1. Fine dining .. wowMore
It's a must Visit... Amazing ambience!! The Local Ladaki cusine was amazing.. Don't miss trying the Ladaki Platter...Also the blueberry cheese cake was the best dessert I cud have had in Leh.. Have to book a table prior otherwise difficult to get one..
Wanted to visit this place and reached the location as suggested by Google maps at around 7 pm in the evening The boutique was closed and wasn't able to figure out the restaurant location. So, called the phone listed on Google. The person on the...other side said they're completely booked. I mentioned that I just want to know the location as wanted to come back some other time. But, was very rudely and dismissively told that they're booked. I was ok not to get a table or food, but the person could've at least told me the location or asked me to come, see the place and return some other time. Anyway, can't comment on food or ambience, but this type of treatment of some eager customer deserves single *More
You were already at the location as you have already mentioned here and the dining is right behind the couture so there was no need to send you the location. There is nothing to be offended about and kindly think before you rate or review...More
We were so pleased with our first experience here that we went back for dinner a couple of nights later. We focused on the local Ladakhi cuisine and it was delicious. We sat out in the courtyard, the service was friendly and efficient. The charming...owner very kindly talked us through the menu and helped us with our selection. Quietly elegant. Highly recommended.More
A must visit in Ladakh. Though I am a Ladakhi & a close acquaintance above the two I am a foodie. So, a genuine feedback is..Must try is the blueberry cheesecake & the Ladakhi cuisines. The ambience, vibe and presentation including all other things is...personally take care of. Keep up the work team Namza.More
Place located just opposite to CMO office...... They have lovely food and staff too..... Must try their fresh river trout and yarkhandi pulao.........
Amazing food, great ambience and definitely a must add to every tourists itinerary. Order the Ladakhi dishes to experience authentic flavours of age old recipes passed down from the silk route era. The taste is kept authentic to the original recipes to preserve the food...identity of the land. If you are looking to Indianised Ladakhi food With haldi and masala etc , this is not the place for you. As a local ladakhi girl and a fellow female entrepreneur I feel immensely proud of this women run mothership of an establishment and make it a point to send all my guests from Jade House for atleast one meal to Namza, as it is one of the very few places in Ladakh I can confidently personally recommend to my guests. 5 stars for the food, ambience, personal attention and the intent to preserve and promote our cultural and food identity. Good job girls!More
Not good at all. Overpriced, just presentation no taste, no salt, nothing. Bad impression for local food. If you having something just have cheesecake nothing else please
