We went there twice in 10 days. The calzone was yummy and so was the ginger honey tea. We tried some ladakhi breakfast and ladakhi tea. Their baked goods are scrumptious as well.

I was mesmerised by the piping hot stuffs they had to offer from CHINESE, ITALIAN, MEXICAN and Indian. Prepare yourself to have a waiting period as this joint is always FULLLLL
Gesmo Restaurant And German Bakery is opened past 9 PM which is a rare thing to find in Leh. A charming and quaint cafe with green wooden doors and Tibetan artwork all over the walls, adding a certain retro aesthetic charm to the cafe. The...place is always buzzing with good crowd and with good music. The place is run by young locals who are very polite, charming, and helpful if you are curious to try some of their local cuisine. The joint is popular when it comes to Tibetan and Ladakhi cuisine, along with several continental dishes. They also have a separate section just for desserts which houses lots of different types of pastries. Do try the banana honey cake and the Tibetan thukpa if you ever visit this place.More

Had dinner in this restaurant and it was great! There's a vast variety of dishes to chose from. Whatever interests your tastebuds... Italian, Thai, Chinese to Indian - Ladakhi too. Oh and refreshing ginger lemon tea to soothe the stomach! There's always something on the...menu to satisfy you!More
Everything was good. We were there for lunch but I noticed an excellent breakfast menu too. The bakery items are superb.
Food served here is great and very authentic. Price is reasonable. Tastes delicious. Must recommend for others.
Gesmo was recommended by many, but dint live upto all that hype. Not bad. But maybe was too crowded. Too many Indians flock here in large numbers. The food is okay. Be ready for waiting during peak hours. The service was good. Apple pie is...a must tryMore
We went to Gesmo in Aug 2019. Relatively small but popular place. We ordered a veg pizza, which was good. We tried various pastries - veg brownie was Ok, but walnut cake, carrot cake, apricot pie and apple crumble were delicious. The best was Walnut...cake, not to be missed.More
