About

Lacima was born from an idea to get the best of European Café experience to our beloved Kashmir. We worked for Pizza Hut UK in different profiles as Chefs, Trainers and Restaurant Manager. The processes and management models being followed greatly shaped our understanding of the food industry. We always wanted to replicate those processes in Kashmir to enable us to deliver a product that not only is authentic and delicious but of highest quality and greatest value.

Great food and lovely people

I went to Lacima cafe with my husband. The place has really good variety of food and the cafe has a very cool and young vibe as well. Even though it’s a small cafe, they let you choose the pizza base (deep dish, thin crust and cheesy crust). My partner loved this bit. We ordered coffee, momos, garlic bread and pizza. Everything was fresh and tasty. We are vegetarian and don’t eat very spicy food. The young man who took our order really took care of our food preferences and checked on us after the meal. We felt really special. Thank you guys!

Best Pizza in a While!!!

Recently we were on a Holiday to Kashmir and towards the end of our holiday we were craving for some delicious Pizza’s, Garlic Bread and some amazing coffee. Asked the local driver but he couldn’t suggest a lot so checked online and came across Lacima so asked our driver to take us there. It is a small cozy place with delicious food and warm people. We had a Cappuccino, A hot chocolate, A Paneer Burrito, Garlic Bread, A Pizza and their Unique Momo’s. All in all the food was amazing and the special sauce they prepare is worth all the effort to reach there. All the Best!!! Good Luck!!!

Awesome Italian place for all food lovers | a treat for vegetarians

We ordered pizza, paneer tortilla wrap, veg momos and garlic bread, and coffee of course! The pizza is just like the ones available at some of my favourite restaurants in Mumbai, crisp base yet soft with perfect toppings! Momos were prepared very differently from the usual steamed ones and were a good surprise. Tortilla wrap was so yummy, we ordered and extra one for take away. The service was also great. Very quick service and warm people. Place is also warm and cozy. A must visit if you are looking for a delicious meal apart from the local Kashmiri cuisine or a quick take away for your road journey.

Delicious Pizza, Lunch and Coffee.

When we Arrived at Lacima Cafe and Pizza at Lunch. We Arrived Early We didn't know what to Order So the Owner Recommended Us that Pizza with Mushroom Can shared with 8 People. Its Coming in Hot and Delicious Then I Order Burger with Pork and after we Finished Meal we order Coffee it was a then Owner Ask Us Where we Come from we say we from Thailand . The owner and Staff was Nice and friendly .....

Interesting and tasty food

We had the tandoori momos, chicken wrap and tandoori paneer pizza, along with hot chocolate. All the items were delicious, especially the hot chocolate which was superb. The tandoori momos were very different and quite tasty.

Tucked away in the middle of the city, the Italian food served by them surpasses all your expectations.

We were very sceptical when we reached this cafe tucked in the centre of the city and quite far from the very touristy Dal Lake area. But we were in for a very pleasant surprise. It was a small cafe with a quiet ambience. We were four hungry friends and the food that we ordered surpassed all our expectations. It is the best Italian food that I’ve had till date be it the pasta, the veg tortillas wrap, the pizza, the garlic bread which would melt in your mouth, the cold coffee. Everything was bursting with flavours and had a very fresh taste. We were served a type of baked momos which was complimentary and it was delicious. The blueberry cheesecake that we ordered was also excellent. So all in all it was a very good lunch, a pretty cafe , excellent food and very polite and attentive hosts.

this is a cute and cozy café in Srinagar. Food was excellent. We ordered Pizzas, Iced Tea, Coffee, and took momos for takeaway since we wanted to try them but were too full to have in café. The momos were also delicious. I would say this is must visit café when in Srinagar. The staff were also nice.

Worth the visit

Quaint place. Delicious food. Outstanding service. I visited with my son. Seeing the small empty place we were a little skeptical. We ordered mom's, pizza and hot chocolate. All three were yummy 😋 😊 On speaking to the owner we were told that since it's in a business area, after 6 it's quiet. Definitely worth a visit.

Cosy little cafe in heart of Srinagar

Cosy , small eatery and coffee shop serving Pizza, Burgers and Shakes. Very good food with personalised service . They do some charity by selling paintings and do offer Books to read in coffee bistro. Can visit to spend some sandwich and coffee time.

Cozy cafe with great food and hospitality

The cafe was a cozy one with delectable food. The breads were freshly made and divine. This also showed in the pizza ! It was a value for money , baked with love . Keep it up & let your love and warmth continue the magic

Great Hidden Gem in Srinagar!

Lacuna is a fantastic intimate restaurant in Srinagar, with great vegetarian options. We had the garlic bread with cheese, vegetable monos, two types of pizza and the New York Cheesecake. Definitely a hidden gem of Srinagar! Our server, Riyaza, was super helpful, attentive and great customer service!
