I visited with family for a quick bite this late afternoon. Their pricing is similar to what I’d pay at international locations such as Singapore. While we ordered a basic pizza with an extra topping, they took the liberty to bill for the highest priced...pizza, which cost 25~30% higher than what we ordered for. While asking for an explanation, the waiter said it’s the manager’s call while when I spoke to the manager, he said it is the waiters mistake since he did not inform me about this in advance. Both of them appeared so indifferent probably since they may not expect repeat customers and take a transactional approach - being located at a tourist location. The manager even wore a silly smile on his face while blaming the waiter. I will be in Manali next month with a group of 10+ and was considering staying with them but not anymore. Their approach is immoral. Please avoid if you can!More
One Hindi proverb suits the experience here: unchi Dukan phika pakwan.
This place once used to serve very good tandori trout with some real fabulous spice paste. Right now they serve bland fish- actually they should mention details in their menu that it’s continental style...for people to know. The place is extremely expensive and doesn’t live up to to its delivery. Maybe season needs to be encashed at one goMore
Went there because of its reputation. Maybe covid
has taken away their hospitality. I rarely write
negative reviews, this time i m making an exception.
The staff forgot the order, for around 1 hour, had to
remind them. Didn't even have the courtesy to
apologise...and then brought cold food to boot,
couldn't even eat half of it. Any good cafe worth
their salt would have had the courtesy to forego
the bill but wasn't even offered. Food was also not
as good enough for the prices.
If you want to go, only go for their ambience and
We visited this cafe , as it is very famous. To our disappointment , the service was pathetic, we receive our food order almost after 2 hours. The cafe is very overpriced as compared to its food. The food is okay . Highly recommended not...to go here..More
The hygiene of a place has a lot to do with its quality of a place. I am glad that cafe keeps their premises very clean. The cleanliness of washrooms is very well maintained, although i 'm more of a takeaway person still they have...maintained good hygienic standards. Their washrooms are very comfortable to use.More
We went with family for a brunch. This Cafe does not have an Indian menu. It has an American menu and does provide vegan options. The Piza that we had - was soft/thin and amazing. Good coffee too. The seating is open and very clean....Even the toilets are also amazingly clean - even better than airport toilets. Very laidback place. If you are on a budget - dont go. But if you want a family oriented place and cleanliness with amazing food - this it the place to go in ManaliMore
We went there for evening snacks and the vibe was really bad, though the cafe was decked up, there was no music and no one took our order for 15 minutes.
There were barely any items in the menu and everything was overpriced.
We ordered...2 masala tea. It was the worst tea ever. It was cold and we got half cup chai for 150 bucks, it wasn't even made properly .
For billing we went to the bar and the manager was not interested, after standing there for a while he gave us the bill. They waste time of their customers. I will personally not recommend it.More
