Total mismanagement at restaurant. Order take one hour and maximum time they forget the order. Food was not up to the mark specially their famous roasted chicken. One should avoid.

Martin's was always on our list to visit due to their renowned Roasted Chicken, and I can claim that it was well worth the hype. The whole chicken was well roasted to perfection and served with fries and 2 variety of sauces (the sweet-chilly sauce...was mind-blowing). Please see my pics to see how delicious it looks and it indeed was. The chicken needs to booked in advance as it is available in limited quantity - we called a day before to book it. Overall, the menu was good and had a variety of items including Pizza (brick oven), Pasta and fish. The place is off-road on a small hill and can be easily missed as there is no clear directions or signs - Google Maps will take you till the place i.e. the parking but then you should ask someone - I uploaded a pic of where the actual entry is (besides the car). You need to make a small hike to reach the actual restaurant and then the place is beautiful. The service is average as this is not a proper restaurant but rather a family-run kitchen, but the food is great. Beer is also available - Ultra and Fosters. I believe we also saw Mr. Martin himself - old foreigner guy busy in one of the kitchens (maybe roasting the chicken himself). Overall we enjoyed the visit and the food here - also a place to click some great pics. Definitely, recommend visiting to enjoy the roasted chicken.More

Martin's serves scrumptious continental food. Though the menu is not elaborate, it offers something to cater to all age. The surroundings are picturesque, the staff members are smiling and eager to serve you. Not to miss the dessert of the Day! A must visit for...all who takes a vacation to Manali !More

While the ambience is lovely. One enjoys the outdoor seating and the overall atmosphere. Having said that the restaurant has a lot of shortfalls. To begin with the staff is untrained and rude. (Though I was given that the explanation that the staff is only...family. ) Food choices are limited and half the things on the menu are not available. It took them 40 minutes to even take our order. The food took another 40 minutes to arrive and was not at all worth the wait. Fish and chips were good. There was hardly anything to eat for vegetarians.More

A great place to visit for food with a bunch of friends and spend half the day there. We were a part of the mahindra adventure - spiti expedition and thanks to their planning we were able to go to Martins. Highly recommend the Pizzas...above everything else. Great desserts, food, spirits, vibe and atmosphere.More

Have eaten here for decades, now only open good weather Sundays. Owned by a European foreigner who has lived in the Valley forever. Great Pizza both Veg and non veg. Call during the week to place any special orders. Call or ask locals for instructions...as it is not on main road.More

If you are in Manali on a Sunday afternoon, then Martin's is a good choice to spend your time . Martin's opens only on Sundays and has a limited menu - fried chicken, fish and chips, pizzas to name a few and lots of beer....This is the Manali version of Oktoberfest with people enjoying their beer on long wooden tables and benches to sit on. The most sought after food is the fried chicken which you need to book before hand to get it. The place is lively and fun. Go there for the atmosphere and a chilled glass of beer.More

This exclusive restaurant opens only on Sunday lunch. Situated among apples orchards away from the crowds, it is famous for its grilled chicken (pre book a day in advance). Also serves pizzas and other foods and drinks, is run by an Austrian and is a...rustic outdoor café. It was drizzling when we were there, and the space was covered temporarily by plastic sheets.More
