Great place to hang out with friends...awesome bowling alley with beer, friends and snacks can made your day One thing that they need improvement is behavior of their employees, we came at around 12:30 , we filled the form but our turn came at around...1:05..their rates got changed after 1:00...but since we came before that so we said we should be charged with pre 1 pm rate but their staff didn't listen to us citing the rules ..then we called manager..he also replied same, then we asked for feedback form, they took 15 mins to provide that and when we was filing feedback form only then they got ready to take our request But i would like to add that i have been there many times before and had a great time Looking for more enjoyable eveningsMore

We had our office party here for about 20 people. We had a separate area booked for us with 4 lanes. The food, service and ambience were excellent.

Ambience is very comfortable and gud place to enjoy time... Food portion is very less as compared to price.

India is still opening up to the concept if Sports Bars. BluO is definitely one of the best we have. Huge Bowling Alley, biggest in Delhi NCR along with a few other games. Had Chilli Chicken and French Fries which are good. Portion size is...something they should definitely look at. Drinks are not very cheap, start at 200 bucks, really think having some offers or lowering the prices would push it better. Service needs a big improvement though, it is quite slow. Also had an argument over socks, no where do they state that they are mandatory as they do mention for shoes. But they will force you to purchase socks in case you aren't wearing one. All I am saying is it should be mentioned clearly at the payment counters as well as your advertisements.More

They have nice bowling lanes, and the rates are alao quite reasonable. We had a great time bowling here last week.

One hell of an party and sports venue. Bowling, spirits,music and what not. Living right upto the city standards, blu-o is the perfect alley for party buffs and Gen Y.

Although I have been to this place quite a few times for bowling/food/drinks with family and friends, recently attended a team party here and I was surely impressed... Separate closed seating space which blocked out bowling area noise gave a chance to the team to...talk/share jokes/experiences which was fun; had great service and karaoke device was like an extra brownie ... Nice place to chill for bowling. Lanes are good . They need more balls in lower weight for kids. Food is average and can be much better
