This place was highly recommended by various sources which took us to venture out and try authentic Bihari cuisine in the heart of the cosmopolitan metropolis. The ambience is beautiful and chic with traditional Madhubani paintings and rural artefacts. I tried my first ever litti...chokha and instantly fell in love. The litti came drenched in pure desi ghee, so one has to be cautious about the trigycerides value. Well, you can consider it for a cheat day. Please do order the mutton and jhinga (prawn), absolutely fabulous. Mind you, the dishes are heavy and will keep you full for long. The dishes would demand lots of water intake after the meal.More

This restaurant is one of the rare one which offers bihari food in gurugram. We visited the restaurant for lunch. The ambiance and service is excellent. The food was also good. Visit once if you want to try food from bihari.

Some of us are guilty of associating Bihar’s food with clichéd images of litti-chokha (roasted wheat flour balls stuffed with ground chickpea). Food historians will tell you otherwise. Come here to educate yourself and go back with a happy belly, pot-like or otherwise. You could...order the Saboodana Basket (tapioca fritters) as soon as your server arrives, and pore through the menu for things to try later on. The service is remarkably prompt, so don’t agonise about ordering everything in one go. The Bihari Kebab doesn’t disappoint – a garlic-ginger marinated offering, the mutton kept a little chewy on purpose. With a large paratha you could wrap the boneless pieces in, strew some dressed onions on it and take a spoonful of boondi raita to ease it in. Their Keema Bagia is unique – rice flour pockets, filled with seasoned keema, drizzled with a light sauce and pickled onion slices, parval chokha (mashed pointed gourd) and green chutney on the side to jazz it up. The Fish Chokha is excellent. Mini toasted-grain breads loaded with boneless shredded river sole, generous smearing of freshly ground mustard paste. Sated, go home and pop in a thin mint. Or a paan, if you want to feel authentic.More

This well appointed restaurant in one of Gurgaon's best dining hubs has good service and ambience, but the food itself is rather heavy duty. I chose to go for the sheer novelty of the place. I had never heard of a place that specialises in...Bihar cuisine. Ignorant me didn't even know there was such a cuisine classification. The place doesn't have a bar licence, so I ordered a Sattu Cooler, which turned out to be a heavy duty drink with besan. Most unusual. I also ordered a mutton dish that came with parathas. Like other reviwers have said, the food is very oily. In the end, I must declare The Pot Belly did not make a Bihar food fan out of me.More

Been there twice. Enjoyed both times. Nice change from regular North Indian food. Champaran meat and Litti Chokha are exquisite. Ask the staff to clear your sitting area of flies.

Tried bihari food for the first time. Mutton and chicken had too much oil in it. Maybe the bihari people eat this way but just too much oil for me.. Had it been less oil I would try it again. Liti was heavy too.

The Pot belly divine is not a place you just walk in without knowing before hand what it has to offer. The Bihari cuisine which it specializes in may not be liked universally. However, it is a must try place. You can ask the staff...what the dish is about. While here, you must try the "Litti Chokha" and "Madhubani Thaali". The Aloo subji in Madhubani thaali was lip smacking.More

32nd milestone was one of the very popular spots in Gurgaon in late 90s – it was the time when the IT industry had not spread its wings and it was the time when you could zip past one place to another at speed of...100 Kmph. The bowling alley and other eateries were very popular joints for corporate outings. But that was that. A complete renovation meant that the place attempted to be a miniature cyber hub. And here I was for trying the very new Bihari cuisine. The place was extremely busy on a Saturday evening – and we had to wait for full 30 min for a seat. The décor was nice and soft with some interesting art work on the walls and floors. For the food, the restaurant offered speciality cuisine of Bihar – and I was totally uninitiated. The group with which I went there – offered a variety of food – Ghugni Chooda, Litti Choka and few other non-veg dishes. The food to say the least was interesting. Service was bit slow and could have been more efficient. Try the place for something different – something from Bihar.More

The restaurant has got most innovative cuisine, something that I haven’t experienced in Delhi NCR regions for several decades. I made my first visit to this restaurant after hearing about it via newspaper Ads. It was a family visit and we ordered a variety of...veg and non veg foods. Each recipe was unique and basically ‘Non greasy’ which is rare in a typical Delhi-Punjabi food and ‘greasy and chilli based meals’ are something which you get all across Delhi-NCR in the name of North Indian food. The food at Potbelly 32 Avenue Gurugram has out-of-the-box dishes - Bagiya basket, parval ka bharta, mutton soup, daal-Bati platters, biryani - to name a few. Preparations are mostly mustard oil based that give a tangy flavour to the food. Did I mention it’s food from Bihar? We have made half a dozen visits to this place since then. What more, they have such aesthetically done interiors and projected window settings that adds greatly to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone with craving for a ‘differently delicious’ cuisine in Delhi-NCR. 32 Avenue in any case has an enchanting ambiance, Alice’s wonderland look, and a great food court to go to in Gurugram.More

We went out for a team lunch consisting of around 9 people, three of them from the state the restaurant serves the cuisine for, one vegetarian and two non-vegetarian mutton lovers. For me, I being a foodie and being agnostic to the kind of food...people are generally used too, enjoyed the mutton. We ordered Ahuna Mutton, Mutton Khara masala, Champaran Mutton and two dishes of chicken including chicken gol mirch. The taste was amazing but spicy, except for Ahuna mutton; but it was worth it! The vegetarian dishes, on the contrary, were pathetic, unpalatable to the person who belonged to the state. So if you are a mutton lover and like to savour spicy food and relish the taste of Bihari food and stay at Gurgaon, look no further. If you are a vegetarian, I would suggest you, won't miss, much going there.More

Since 32nd Milestone has been revamped, me and my husband were pretty excited to visit the place. After seeing Potbelly there, we couldn't hold our horses, but rush to grab some delicious food (since we used to miss going to their Shahpurjat branch). As usual,...amazing experience, lip-smacking food, this time with a great ambience! Try out the Litti chicken, Dehati fish and chips and you'll surely end up licking your fingers! YummmmmmmMore

We went to this place to try Bihari cuisine as 32 Milestone has come up with many options lately. We wanted to order Litti Chokha but it was unavailable so we ordered pakoras which were oily but decent in taste. Ambience is very nice with...an option of outside seating and is on first floor. I think vegetarians do not have much variety but is a cool place to hang out.More
