a typical gujarati thali served with plenty of varieties just in time. We must have patience to taste and eat all the items which we cannot find any sort of inconvenience. though the cost is too high , once a while spending for their quality...food and reception is very much deserved.More

The place is nice in its presentation and all. But exhorbitantly expensive and they did not have so many varieties of the Gujarati food to justify the expense. It did seem like a luxury Gujarati dining but please you need to justify your cost too....The food was also not so great. It seemed quite tasteless others were fine but on overall tasteless food. Eating their khichdi i just felt khichdi at my home is way more tasty. Gujarati food is so much looked forward because of its taste but here we felt it left out in taste. And they serve in german silver. I mean please if you serve in german silver then don't charge the price of a silver plate. What was that and being so famous and high rated and marketed it's the biggest disappointment.More

Go for authentic Gujarati thali. Its a bit steep but worth splurging for the best thali in Ahmedabad. Total quality and taste. The taste and options (we took the silver one) are awesome and the staff is very courteous.

We visited Agashiye for lunch and had Gujarati Thali. Food was very tasty. Service was good. Ambiance has old world charm as the restaurant is located in a century old property. An enjoyable experience.

Agashiye has the most amazing spread of dishes, be it starters, main course or desserts! While it is a little pricey, it's quite an experience. The items that stood out for me were - paratha with white butter, aloo ki sabji, gujuarati dal, apple jalebi...and rose sorbet. I'll be back here during my next trip as well. Hoping to stay at the House of MG then.More

You will be bowled over by the ambience From the moment you enter the place you are treated as...a vip ! They are very good hosts. I choose the silver Thali. I was staying at the House of M.G. and I wanted a quick meal in the afternoon. I ordered the limited thali (called sampler) that cost me INR 450 plus taxes. Later in the evening the entire team, that had assembled for a workshop, were...treated to the Full Thali on the terrace of House of M.G.. The thali costed INR 1,500 including tax per person. The service was not quick and there were no special items that warranted such a huge price tag for a Gujarati Thali.More

2,400++ I would rather strongly recommend to go to Vishal’s or Rajvadu, both are serving authentic Gujarati food and in ethnic ambience of Gujarat at value for money cost.
