We had a fantastic family outing at the zodiac in an evening accompanied by the Sudhakar and his team. Very courteous and prompt service. We had buffet and staff were very helpful by making adjustments based on our needs.

I felt great with the ambience.

I felt great with the ambience. Hospitality shown by your team is appreciable. Especially the person “BALA” the way he spoke to us made us feel like at home😍. His approach towards customer is pleasant. Had a nice time.

poor service

very poor service, less responsive levels for our normal needs. rooms are not up to the mark. checking experience is very bad and they taken lot of time.

Very good experience

Visited zodiac restaurant, food and ambience is good. Felt very homley with the service, special thanks to Bala krishna & alok.................................................. I would suggest this as best restaurent un turipati. Must try dal kitchidi

Need to be wheel chair friendly

While the ambiance, food served, and friendly staff is a plus to this restaurant, I would want this to be wheelchair friendly to cater to the elderly. We had difficulty taking the steep steps though the staff was courteous to give a hand readily.

Poor service.

While the food is average the restaurant is not equipped to handle a full house , forget overcrowding. Even basic facilities like water and cutlery have to be asked for. Live counter service is not up to the mark. Again I feel it is the...pilgrim town syndrome where users are expected to "adjust" with inconvenience. Not acceptable.More
