Its a rooftop restaurant with amazing view.its very well decorated and nice ambience.Food there is also too nice. Really like the place and would like to visit there soon again.

I love this place for its ambiance and delicious food. My favourite food to eat here is lobster, non-veg platter. They have started lunch buffets on weekdays which is another good thing.

Little of light is required, food have good taste and waiters are helpful whenever we asked for something.

Having heard so much about the place, my husband and me went for a dinner. We have called up the morning on the same day to make a reservation, and we were told that there will not be any reservations, we can directly walk-in and...the wait time is not more than 10-15 minutes. I have had such a horrible experience at the place with the ambience, staff, food and above all, it is so over priced for this small noisy and disturbing place. Place - We were given a corner dirty place to sit, when we requested the staff to change, we were told that all tables are busy and will be informed when it gets free. Ultimately, we had to continue sitting there. The table itself was dirty with a torn table cloth and the seats were equally bad. Adding to that, when there were other guests, they have adjusted three of them on a 2-seater table beside us by pushing it towards our table. It felt like, we all were sitting on the same table and dining like it happens in a normal hotel. Staff - They are not at all courteous except while asking for tip, hardly care about the guests and have least knowledge in their dishes. Not capable of giving suggestions to guests depending on their taste. Food - The food was tasting just ok or below average. Overall, it is not a worthy place to visit. There are many more other places in Hyderabad which are worth the money spent.More

I had read very good reviews about this restaurant. Went there on a Sunday night for dinner with family. It was quite crowded. The service was quite average considering the heavy crowd. But as they say the best restaurants are those whose quality doesnt drop...even in these conditions. Food was quite average. Cleaniless was an issue. Fresh food and used plates were kept at the same station.More

The restaurant serves a wide range of tasty mughlai food. Bhattiwala nimbu mirch jhinga(prawns) are worth trying. Amritsari macchi is good. The ambience is very good. Its good to breathe some fresh air on the fifth floor in the open to air restaurant section.

Zafran exotica is one of the several restaurants with bars attached in the city of Hyderabad. As such, the expectations were not very exciting. However, when we actually went there for a 'rendezvous', we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, the ambience and above all,...the food. I think it must be among the best in the range of such restaurants. I particularly liked the Hyderabadi delicacies. While I can't single out any particular steward, the service was by and large excellent and very personalized. One small suggestion I might make, though, is that the drinks were over priced, especially the red wine. If you can consider this.........
