KF William is by far the most well known restaurant on the kiosk street, but sadly it is riding on this repuation somewhat. We tried the fish in coconut sauce with beans which was tasty.. however I had about five beans on my plate and...More

This is the place for typical seafood from the coast of Ecuador. William is from Esmeralda and thats the food he knows how to cook. The Tasca is located in the food street where in the evening about 10 restaurants fill the street with tables....More

In the evening, the street is closed off and tables are set up to accommodate diners...many locals, as well as tourists enjoy the ambience and the delicious food. I ordered camaron encocado and it was excellent. KF William had been highly recommended and I was...More

Great meals! Most of us had some variety of meat with coconut sauce, beans and rice. Good hot sauce available . Good prices and good service. This area is a street by day and after 6:30p the stalls that line the street become individual restaurants....More

We came here to try the Langoustines Encocado for dinner but they had already run out of langoustines by 7pm because they were very busy . So instead we tried the Camarones Encocado (shrimp). The shrimp was served with a delicious coconut curry sauce and...More

This is a small street full of vendors. Walk along and choose one whose fish looks freshest. Pick the fish or lobster you want, grab a table, and enjoy a great outdoor meal. It's mostly local cuisine, but the only people visiting here are tourists....More

Ate here twice during our stay in Puerto Ayora. It is more of a typical local restaurant. The seating is outdoors and the kitchen is open to the street. Charles Binford street is closed to vehicles after 5pm and most of the seating is on...More

Do not worry that this is a food stand...it is delicious! My family ate there twice and ordered the exact same thing both times because it was so delicious. It was a trio of seafood (fish, shrimp and lobster) with a tantalizing coconut sauce. I...More

An interesting experience to mingle with the locals and try some local dishes in a totally unpretentious setting. Langoustines were in season so we had a grilled one and a fish in coconut sauce. Both were good, generous and good value. However, we were getting...More

Several people had recommended this kiosk restaurant to us, so perhaps we went in with exaggerated expectations. The evening kiosk scene on Binford Street is certainly something to experience, with 20 or so kiosks serving various grilled dishes to patrons sitting at tables set in...More

Description
It's like a street food joint....with a small kitchen and most of the seating outdoors. It's a couple of blocks inland (off the main street where most of the "nicer" restaurants are). The food is excellent, fresh and cheap. ($15 for a pair of lobster tails).
