Just a short review - I am an ex-pat living in Medellín, I mainly avoid the whole Parque Lleras / foreigner scene, but the other day I felt like trying something non-Colombian. I don´t mind arepas and all the other local stuff, but occassionally I...More

We enjoyed the home town feel of this restaurant. The owner was greeting not only customers sitting down and enjoying his food, but also many of the pedestrians just passing by. Chris seemed to know everyone and it gave us the feeling that instead of...More

My boyfriend and I ate here a couple of weeks ago after hearing all the hype about a sandwich shop, but the hype is well deserved. I had a bacon sandwich was delicious and tasted like a good, proper "bacon sarnie" that we have back...More

I eat breakfast here every day during the time I was in Medellin. It was delicious but is not to be confused with a high class restaurant. The price quality ratio is excellent, as it is delicious Simple food and very cheap. The owner is...More

We visited here for a quick lunch after the Pablo Escobar tour based on the recommendations here and were very disappointed. The French fries had been refried a number of times by the time we got them, the sauces on the chicken were straight from...More

I like to respond when I see someone has had a bad time at my restaurant. I am sorry you did not enjoy your food. That does not happen often. Since I was there, you could have said something so that I could have fixed...More

I've been coming to Colombia a lot since 2007 and I recently found the Flip Flop Sandwich Shop. This place has the best gringo breakfast you will find in all of Colombia. The prices can't be beat either. They have now added Hamburgers and chicken...More

I was intrigued how just a sandwich shop was ranked so high in such a big foodie city, so I went to check it out. Great great food, a very welcomed break if you're a little tire of local foods or overpriced restaurants around Parque...More

If you're craving a buffalo chicken sandwich, then the Flip Flop Sandwich Shop is the way to go. Sure, it might not be the typical Colombian dish, but this isn't your typical Colombian place. It's a small piece of the U.S., located in Medellin. I...More

Description
We are the best and only restaurant for travelers in Medellin. Look for the 2 big yellow umbrellas and 3 tables out front. I have a great little place that serves good (non-Colombian)food. We serve a great breakfast with eggs, pancakes, french toast, and even home fries. We have best buffalo sauce in Medellin,a new burger that tastes like home, and the best wings in town. All with cheap beer to go with it :o) The other thing I offer is great tourist information. So, for tourists and backpackers, I am a great spot. If you are looking for fine dining or gourmet food, I am not your place.
