I ate chicken lasagna, and cream of mushroom soup, those were delicious. Excelent service!! I'll come back soon!

The pizza is one of the best in the city. A great variety of options to choose from. We also had the risotto which was beautiful.

It wasn’t genuine Italian cuisine, way too much cheese and thick crusts. And worse, afterwards I got a foodpoisening.

Looked up this place and went there this evening. 1. Nice small place with three tables outside. 2. Good service 3. Balanced menu 4. My choice-sea food stew was great 5. All in all a good choice in a quiet neighborhood

A Nice, cozy restaurant. The owner is very passionate. A few of differents wines on the menu and de food was good too.

We enjoyed a wonderful genuinely Italian dinner at Toscano. The food was perfect (we had a pizza and a pasta dish), prices reasonable, the staff super friendly and we enjoyed the outdoor seating. Will definitely recommend this friendly, little gem.

I had read previous reviews and decided we should try this place for dinner. We got there around 7:00 and were the only ones there. We weren't sure if this was a good thing or not but decided to give it a try. It turns...out, we were just earlier than everyone else as the place was very busy by the time we were done. We sat at one of the tables outside so we could enjoy the at osphere of the neighbourhood. The waiter was very patient and helpful with our Spanglish. I ordered the lasagna and my husband had the rabbit. Both dishes were amazing. We would definitely come back here next time we come to Medellin.More

We had an incredible lunch here yesterday. The food rivaled anything I had in Italy earlier this summer. We ordered the spaghetti with tomato/spinach/zucchini & the Osso Buco which is served over risotto. OMG- we ate it very slowly b/c we wanted to savor every...bite! We also had the caprese salad that came with super fresh and delicious mozzarella. All this, plus 2 glasses of wine and a beer for under $30! I can’t wait to go back there! We ordered the pizza with the pesto sauce and it was amazing. The little man who served us was so cheerful and patient with us as he didn’t speak English and our Spanish is not good. He brought us warm bread that was so delicious...and warm! The pizza was even better! Then he gave us free Lemoncillo to settle our full tummies. And he was so cute singing along with the music. Definitely a place you should try!More

Five tables inside. Three outside but with large umbrellas. Excellent ‘real’ Italian food. Friendly experienced servers & great service. We go to Toscano often.

I've been to Toscano several times for lunch time and haven't been dissapointed even once, attention is perfect and they have a great lunch menu; also have attended on busy friday nights and they keep the same level. DO recommend the daily specials and they...always recommend the PERFECT side wine!More
