This was our worst experience in Chile and a recommendation from he concierge at our hotel - it would appear that most hotels seem to recommend as they had many tables and nearly all were tourists ! I never like restaurants that have waiters placed out on the street so was already weary of this place when greeted and quickly... More

Sotito's is a lovely combination of casual dining, yet elegant decor and Very good food- it's bright and airy inside with spotless white tablecloths and very gracious servers. It's noted for its traditional lamb dish - cooked on a spit in the back - ask and you'll be taken back to see - but it has many offerings for every... More

The experienced traveler indulges sometimes himself with luxurious foods and drinks! When s/he is in a desolated territory, swept by icy winds, in front of a freezing sea, in a dark night, a warm and good restaurant can help surviving until the day after. In a case like that go to Sotito's, and have one good pisco sawer with an... More

I ordered a filet and mashed potatoes. I al purchased a bottle of wine. The filet did not have a good taste, and the mashed potatoes. I rejected the first bottle of wine, and the second was not much better. This place is a waste of both your time and money. Just keep going.

This is an elegant and stylish restaurant with ground floor dining rooms and a large upstairs area (here, the window tables offer good views of the Strait). The food was excellent (avocado stuffed with king crab and the most succulent of scallops) and the service most attentive.

Did not meet my expectations. The food was mediocre and the service was slow. To be fair we were a large group and seated in a back room. Had lamb which sounded wonderful on the menu but was quite dry when served. Wine was good and fairly priced.

Really a nice establishment with great menu for both food and wine options. Location/Decor: Located across from bay and near waterfront, it is within walking distance from downtown hotels and businesses. Dining area is large open room with white linen table cloths and interesting but warm green painted walls and ceilings. Menu: Both Spanish and english menus available. Chilean selection... More

We had lunch there. The food was ok, but not more than that. The restaurant didn't feel cozy. Maybe it is meant rather for bigger groups.

The food was fine (felt like good hotel food), but nothing amazing. Service was very good and the setting was lovely. Not worth the expense.

Appetizers and seafood, especially the octopus, were so fresh and tasty. King Crab is always a great back up. Fancy restaurant with classic service. Excellent choice always if you're looking for a nice dinner.
