We had arrived late in the evening and needed something quick to eat. Our hostal recommended this place. I had a milanesa and my SO some veal chops. We shared a side salad. The service was ok, the veal chops 50% bone and well done rather than medium as asked. They seated us right next to the tv which was... More

Great place for before and after a week long hiking trip! The portions were big and for a reasonable price. The staff were friendly. Only thing was the salmon was a bit dry, but the seafood margharita sauce was amazing, so that made up for it!

This is a hungry man or woman's place. Ordered the Cordero (lamb) and was presented with a pound and a half of meat with hot coals under the dish accompanied by tomatoes and natural potatoes. Don't ask if I finished the whole thing! Bottle of vino is around 8-10usd (up to 20-25usd? (3* for the service, could have done with... More

this place was fine, and you will get a decent filling meal at a place where actually a lot of locals go. they cook the meat and fish well, but there is no flavor. i also think i got food poisoning that night after eating their salmon :/ the big loud atmosphere and casual look with lots of screaming babies... You will occasionally get a "great" meal but most of the time it is just "good" but also decently priced when considering the local competition. It is popular and can be packed full. Partly closes (closes one dining room) in late afternoon.

We were 4 adults and 6 children in hiker gear, warming received at La Picada de Carlitos. We had been snubbed at one other place and it was great to walk in and not be glared at. The food was excellent, very Chilean. The lamb was incredible and the King Crab a fun & tasty experience for everyone. The only... More

They generously allowed us to eat although we arrived very close to their closing time. We arrived here after the TDP trek and we were up for a good steak. We can say that their tomato soup isn't very good, it doesn't have the taste of real tomatoes. Their steak and fries were great, just what we needed after a... More

This was the first restaurant we visited on our 10 day trip to Patagonia. We ate in the best places in Natales, Arenas, and El Calafate. Not only the food at this place was the best, it was also the least expensive. One plate of lamb will feed two hungry people and satisfy 3, so dont order too much. Their... More

My first centoya.. and I almost died of happiness! Excellent food and quick service. Portions are large (a little too large for the plates, but who cares?) and satisfying.

The BBQ entree was amazing - although I was solo and wishing I had about 3 other people to help me eat it! Delivered to the table in it's own charcoal brazier - I had leftovers for days. This is BBQ in the classic sense of the cooking technique - not the sauce. Showy "Smoking Room" in front window with... More
