The menu suited us with its excellent selection of fusion dishes. Service was very quick although not too slick. Tshirts identify teachers and students - you can tell the students are keen to learn and to get things right. A brilliant and successful idea - so pleased to have been

Had a fantastic dinner at this community-responsible restaurant that gives street kids a proper future. Al fresco dining, totally delicious food - we seriously loved everything but the Asian flavoured desserts were AMAZING! Chocolate cake that came with green Kampot pepper and ginger ice cream, and the lemongrass ice cream. Heaven. Service was also very good, oh, and the Asian-inspired... More

They have such a good variety of dishes go with enough people to order multiple of dishes so you can try a bunch of them. Nothing disappointed our group.

We visited Marum's sister restaurant in Phnom Penh and were great fans so thought we'd give this a go - especially seeing the variations in menu. We didn't book, foolishly, but were lucky enough to get a table upstairs. We shared 5 dishes between the two of us (plus our 16 month old!) and each one was demolished. Lovely, friendly... More

Exploring the best restaurant to dine is not a big deal in Siem Reap. But to choose a excellent one, we need to screen it. Great job Marum's team.

Delicious food and reasonably priced for foreigners in Siem Reap. Good wine list and great cocktails! The Pineapple Margarita was so refreshing and beautiful! The ribs were perfectly cooked! Cannot recommend this more! Did I mention that this is training restaurant? Great cause and great service. Bill came to USD $50 per couple including cocktails and one bottle of white... More

We had a really lovely dinner at Marum. As soon as you walk into the pretty garden setting there is a feeling of calm. I really wasn't expecting such a beautiful atmosphere. We shared three delicious dishes and a scrumptious chocolate/pepper cake (highly recommend). While some of the students are a bit tentative (this is to be expected), the service... More

I dined at Marum twice during my visit to Siem Reap recently and was over-the-top happy both times! The meals/wine/service were terrific and the gift shop selling local products was a real bonus...

The food was okay and we do love the message where they support children (or the 'student' as they call it here). However, the attitude of the 'teacher' or senior staff here ruined it all, she could not understand English well, i repeat and she smirked at us and she kept doing that for the rest of her service. BAD!

We had enjoyed lunch here one day during our time in Siem Reap. The ambiance was wonderful because there were practically no other guests but ourselves and one other person so we had the restaurant all to ourselves as well as the undivided attention of the staff! We decided to try the beef stir fry with fried tree ants, taro... More
