Was a great bar and restaurant, now they have changed to a shop. Sure, they make more money, but I miss sitting on the corner getting a cold beer, good food and great service

We had a top flooor room in the Shador of Angkor and greatly enjoyed the view. The hotel was clean and convenient, with a friendly and helpful staff. The prices were reasonable as well.

The restaurant sits on a corner by the river and is open fronted, providing a very pleasant environment and a friendly relaxed ambience inside. Service is friendly and efficient. However, the food was noticeably below par compared to the other eateries in Siem Reap - the meat was tough, the vegetables soggy. Not the nicest meal I have ever had!

Two of us we had the garlic shrimp and garlic/pepper calamari these two were excellent. I had sour soup chicken (average. Not enough chicken -5 small pieces and a backyard of greens) my Dad had the pork chop, came two small chops and fried. It was dry, over cooked and tough, to make it worse my Dad went to put... More

Love this place. Sit on the outside and people watch. Nice staff. If I'm honest it's mostly average food but it's ok and doesn't make you Ill. It's all clean. Toilets clean. Central. Would always go here.

We stopped here by chance feeling hungry and tried several dishes of mostly traditional Khmer cuisine as well as Thai-style and it was all really excellent. A relatively quiet part of Siem Reap nightlife not far from the old market and opposite the river walk. Set in some quaint buildings of French colonial style. The service was quick and with... More

Drinks very cheap at happy hour (3 cocktails for £4 and beer 50p). Cocktails were strong and nice Food however was very average. 'Homemade chips with homemade mayonaise' - neither of which were remotely homemade, chips out the freezer and mayo from a bottle. Calamari batter was horribly stodgy and the pitta and houmous was far to dry.

This is a lovely place on the river front. Our family of five with young kids have had to be careful with street food, so have been choosing mid range restaurants with good Khmer food. This was one of those. Most main Cambodian dishes were around $4.25, a reasonable selection of them available, plus western options if that's your thing.... More

I'm writing exclusively about the bar. It was too comfortable for drinks during early evening (well, for later evening as well). The French Colonial styling with opened shutters, with nice seating looking out on the river and a less chaotic street than what is offered on pub street, was right up my 'alley'. Went there every night and I miss... More

This restaurant is simply brilliant. You are right on the river here and I just loved sitting there watching the world go by. They have a really cool cocktail list with some funky cocktails and they are delicious! And great value. I've been here a few times now and whether it is for cocktails during happy hour with their awesome... More
