Recommended by hotel for a quality meal and were not disappointed. Baked salt and sand snapper that was presented at the table in a banner leaf and skinned and deboned by staff at the table. took me back to long ago working in Scotland where waiters would bone out Dover soles at the table. great meal and very reasonable price... The restaurant is situated just behind a pagoda, it's a nice walk to go in. We took the banana flower salad and a grilled fish. Both were delicious. The staff is also really nice and welcoming !

I enjoyed the red snapper, just wow! Cooked to perfect with the salted crust. Presentation was great and with the server filleting the fish for me was awesome!

Yes, the red snapper cooked in sand with salt was the main attraction of our dinner. We also tried the banana flower salad which was good too. This is a small place. I suggest you check for reservations. Nothing worse than taking a bumpy tuk tuk ride to the middle of nowhere just to find out you have no space... More

Excellent food and service here - family owned restaurant tucked away on a back street. Would recommend Google mapping the restaurant/surrounding area before getting into a tuk tuk because it can be hard to find. Absolutely worth a visit, the food is incredible!!

Found by accident but his was undoubtedly the best meal I had during my trip. The fresh spring rolls were incredibly light and flavorful and you must do yourself a favor and try the sand and salt grilled red snapper. It is probably one of the best fish dishes I have ever had (snapper stuffed with lemon grass and garlic).... More

I only discovered this when looking for our final dinner place after a 8 day stay in Siem Reap and it was just wonderful. Loved the story behind this place, it having old family recipes and we just had the warmest welcome on arrival and the wonderful staff just seemed so grateful for all their customers to be there. I had the local "Prahoc lign" fermented fish and stir fried morning glory vegetables for dinner and they were delicious. The fish was sweet and sour fried with fresh vegetables - don't be scared of the local cuisine. The morning glory is spicy so you can ask for less spicy. The mojito is fresh but in a small glass while... More
