We had the best pho ever and their Hi Tieu (pork noodle) is also very good. Their deep fried spring rolls are actually worth buying as they are different from the typical Southeast Asian deep fried spring rolls. Very tasty. We actually visited this place...More

Paris Saigon is a little restaurant with lead than 20 seats. It has a very calm, intimate and relaxed atmosphere. We ordered classical french such as onion soup and osso bucco and it was delicious.

Tonight we had the pleasure of having our Christmas dinner at Paris Saigon. Dinner we very nice. Classic French cuisine (or you can choose the inviting Saigon options also) and a very friendly and personal service. A little (litterally) gem in Siem Reap.

... At least in my opinion, and living in Phnom Penh and eating out every night makes me pretty confident in saying this. Food is near Michelin star quality, perfect old world service by the venerable old French owner as a piano music twinkles in...More

A very exclusive French restaurant. The food we had was as we expected. The selection of wines, aperetifs, meals and desserts were enough to make you wonder which one you should try first. Some items were a fusion of French and Vietnamese food. Their dark...More

We had dinner here last week and were very disappointed. The pho was awful and tasted like instant food - not bone broth that you would expect with pho, the fish was dry and overcooked, and the overall taste was mediocre. The spring rolls were...More

Woof ! For your first time on Tripadvisor you have been very impressive. You sent two bad comments on our restaurant in 2 weeks, one last week which was deleted and one more this week I really wondering why ? The previous comment just before...More

Unbelievably good PHO in Siam Reap, even in Vietnam not much restaurants can compare with it. And the French style cold soup is excellent too. Variety of wine choices and decent environment will make you nearly forgot you are in Siam Reap.

There are 2 separate menus, a French one and a Vietnamese one. Hubby and I both ordered from the French menu. The food was nice but we weren’t blown away by it. 2 mains and 2 drinks came to just over $30.
