Food was great! Really great! Everyone was friendly when we walked in, helpful and the seated us at a nice table to have lunch on a Saturday. The food came promptly and the waitress was good. The menu had many French Classics to choose from and we had a nice experience overall. Because the restaurant was not full at the... More

70 degree spring weather in downtown Ann Arbor is perfect for a French lunch, dining al fresco with appropriate piped in music. I enjoyed my sautéed pear crepe, so tasty prepared with smoked Gouda, honey & Thyme. My hubby was very satisfied with his choice of smoked salmon pate accompanied with crispy 🥖 baguette and hot black coffee ... bin... More

On this our second visit, this Midwestern French Brasserie outshone itself. The menu emulates a Parisian cafe in all the best ways, enlivened by Midwestern service and warmth. Some items reflect it's Ann Arbor locale, but the French influence is never far away. There are small plates (petit plats) unusual for a French eatery, but it works well, especially the... More

My husband and I recently had dinner here. We made reservations, which is an excellent idea on the weekend. We were seated right away and given menus. Just a few minutes later our waitress (whose name we couldn't hear) and asked us if we were ready to order. Since we'd never been here before, we needed a bit more time.... More

Good restaurant with great cocktails and food. Would definitely return. I had the waffle and my date had the crepes, bit had flavor and were fresh. Deviled eggs were also very good. Nice stop in Ann Arbor.

Stopped in last Sunday for Brunch and the service couldn't have been more attentive. The atmosphere was pure French Bistro, though not as squeezed in (cozy, but not tight). They even had French mainstays such as a Croque Monsieur and bistro fries that hubby had to have and loved. I was craving eggs and had the egg scramble dish with... More

We recently had unseasonably warm weather in MI and this place took advantage of offering patio seating. I was very happ to enjoy a glass of wine in the nice weather and everyone that helped me were friendly. They have a nice wine list and cocktails. I did not order any food but they appeared to have some pretty awesome... More

This was truly the worst service and food in Ann Arbor. They even ran out of coffee after 1 cup. We sat for over an hour and then food came out one dish at a time. Everything came wrong and then was bad to boot! Do not eat here!

When my friend Yannick treats me to my birthday lunch, I often choose Cafe Felix. The food and service are very good, and I love its ambience, the wood on its interior, its spacious but cozy atmosphere, and its location on Main Street.

I've been to Cafe Felix before and was looking forward to coming back. Sadly, today was the worst dining experience I've ever had at a restaurant. This was a Tuesday at about 1:00 pm. After seating our party of 3 and getting our orders, they started off by apologizing and letting us know they were short staffed. There was one... More

I apologize for your recent experience. Unfortunately, I wasn't there at that time to tell the workers to come back at a more appropriate time. You have every right to be upset about your long wait time and the cold. I appreciate your feedback as it will help us to improve and not make these mistakes again. As far as... More

Felix landrum opened cafe felix with his brothers in 1997. After two years of operating as a european cafe, they acquired a liquor license and added a full menu of european bistro-inspired food. The felix menu offers delicious and versatile small plates, hearty main dishes, sweet and savory crepes, a variety of sandwiches and homemade soups, six different preparations of p.e.i. Mussels, and a scrumptious breakfast menu (served on saturday's and sunday's).
