My husband booked a table for us last minute for our Anniversary. The reservation was very nice and accommodating, not snobbish unlike other high cost and popular restaurants. Our server Gerald was very outstanding. He showed great attention to detail, warm, have good knowledge of...the menu and type of meat. and served us with a genuine approach. He is well experienced and made sure we have everything we need. He places cutlery and presented the food very well. He made fantastic food recommendations. He even made a anniversary cheesecake for us and gave us a history of the restaurant. Very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely go back because of Gerald. In terms of quality of food- this steakhouse is suberb. The truffle gnocchi is to die for - it has real black truffle shavings! We also ordered the burrata. It was amazing. We had the 1kg tomahawk A5 steak for the main which is more than enough for 2 people. The meat is definitely good quality, juicy, tender and indescribable. Overall, it was a night to remember. The experience at Prime was certainly a Prime experience from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed our evening window view overlooking lovely Dubai. Our culinary ambassador Chathan was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and was good natured and welcoming. First my husband had a warm...cognac and I had sparkling water. Chathan then brought out some delicious warm sourdough bread and Stromboli with soft homemade butter. We began our meal with the Maryland crab cake with micogreens. It was absolutely delicious and the crab cake did not contain any fillers. My husband enjoyed his black angus filet with broccoli, and creamed spinach. And I enjoyed my grilled lobster. Desert was phenomenal as we shared a New York cheesecake paired with a surprising bright passion fruit purée. We also share the chocolate ganache. We met chef Bibo who is humble and very talented.
