It's a hidden gem in Jumeirah road. Prices are very good for Dubai, cheap even I would say. Difficult to find any other restaurant with these prices in jumeirah. Food is tasty, well prepared and comes quickly. We asked one dish to be bit spicy, their food is not too spicy , so if you not good with spicy food... More

We had bought cobones for this place as we had heard alot from a friend that it is a good place. The interiors were good at giving the indian feel except that the seats@ were little dirty. To start we were served with papad. Our order was hazari tikka, chicken tikka masala, bhuna mutton, chicken kali mirch with a roti... More

We were looking for an Indian food restaurant and found Nawab. We decided to go for it as we love Indian food. The guy recommended the chicken tikka masala and it was just great. We also tried the Hazari kebab and the chicken safrani all were good. Byriani rice and the bread are also tasty. I would definitely eat there... More

Restaurants are not just a place to eat for hungry souls. They are also venues where we host guests. All guests are important and a well organized evening at a restaurant goes a long way in cementing relationships. While my guests knew better, the newly opened Nawab Restaurant at Dubai's upmarket Marina promenade area seems clueless. Part of a well... More

Great Indian food. The Kebab Platter is a must try, curries and rotis were also tasty. Will definitely go there again - Nawab at Bay Central, Dubai Marina.

I have been eating Gulf Region curries for more than 17 years. We are spoiled in Dubai in many ways and one of them is the myriad number of high quality authentic cuisines from around the world. This Jumeirah Plaza branch of Nawab is simply excellent. It's not particularly attractive in terms of decor. There are no fancy accessories. It's... More

A lovely, cosy curry house, similar to a British curry experience. Veggies well catered for. Ask for one of the cosy booths!

Staying in Jumeirah

Neighbourhood Profile
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighbourhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
