Been here twice now - my flat white was delicious, the fruit crushes are really tasty and refreshing, and the falafel wrap (and chips!) went down a treat. Relaxed setting, especially the upstairs room.

This coffee shop is located by Mekong river (with some outdoor seating) and offers a range of freshly roasted, local, organic, speciality coffees and Western-style food, which includes vegetarian and gluten free options. The staff speak good English, service is friendly and efficient, and there is free Wi-Fi. It's an excellent choice if you are missing a taste of home... More

Amazing day spent on the Saffron Coffee tour and tasting. We enjoyed our hosts for the day, learned so much about the coffee harvesting process, and enjoyed the wonderful coffee and treats back at the shop! Would highly recommend this day trip and well run coffee shop to anyone visiting Luang Prabang. Follow us on instagram @journeyoftheglobe & @thebradleybunch for... More

Best coffee in Luang Prabang. Breakfast was very good too. Lunch and pastries are just okay. But worth a visit for the coffee!

Good but pricey. If you are seeking that back home experience you probably will want to visit this coffee house. They have a variety of ways to prep your cup of java. Along with your coffee you can enjoy a pricey sweet treat. Enjoyable atmosphere. However, there are other places in the city that are just as good.

This coffee shop has some of the best coffee I have ever tasted -the flat white was silky and smooth. My friend had a shake and she enjoyed it. I didn't give it 5 because we had the French fries and quite frankly they are awful.

Hi, Thanks for coming in and trying out Saffron and especially our coffee. It's always great to hear of people enjoying it as I'm very aware of all the hard work that went into that cup - from farmer to barista. I'm sorry the fries didn't stack up! We hand-cut and double fry them so they are usually tasty and... More

The best mocha and capuccino though the pastries were average. The coffee is fragrant, smooth and lovely!

Definitely best european breakfast in town. Great coffee and do the tour. It is fantastic. Saffron is organic and social coffee producer in Laos. Worthy of support.

The presentation is great. The Coffee is good. But the place lacks a soul. Run by Australians it feels like visiting a coffee shop in any big city. You pay before you are served get a token and take a chair. I ordered a french press and was not even given a press, but a coffee, brewed. It would be... More
