Dear Mr Hasaan (Manager Sakura),
Yesterday i went to sakura with my family, we invited our brothers in laws for the first time. We thought to take them to sakura as it is a named restaurant. The service was really pathetic, first of all the...table was not setup properly, no cutlery on the table, i order cutlery from the waiter Mr Shakoor, he bought 1 knife, though we were a group of around 10 people, I politely asked him again to bring it for every one. Than he bought for 3 people, i got pissed away and asked him to get a knife as well and do you know what he said to me? “Our standards are of only chopsticks, if you want ask me for a knife as well” can you please train this guy how to talk to a person? Also teach him the meaning of cutlery (it means knife, fork, spoon).
Really sorry i spent around 47K and he is talking about my standards. Please teach them manners.
One more thing i asked for drink which never arrived even after food
Asked for a chilled water bottle 3 times and got it after 20 mins.
Received bill after half hour.
If you are charging that much you must teach your waiters how to talk to their customers at least. A hotel like PC (A Hashoo Group Product) and this attitude??
