We dined at the Pearl in September with friends. This was not our first visit but we hadn't been there in two years (mainly because we couldn't get a reservation when we were in Nantucket last year). There were four in our party who travel and dine out fairly often. We all agreed that these were among the best restaurant... More

We had dinner at the Pearl and boy did it live up to what I had been told. The service was excellent and the food superior. We started with the Beef Tartere......Wow! I would have made this a larger entree it was so good. We then followed with the 60 Second Steak.....again WOW. Finished with the "Swiss Roll" desert....excellent! It... More

Another one of Nantucket's very expensive restaurants. But The Pearl is worth it, every delicious morsel. I had the Halibut in coconut milk something...wanted to get every last drop! The tuna 'martini' also, every last drop! No one had even one little issue. Not rushed, not to slow, the service was excellent. A great & lively bar area. If you... More

The owner of the Martin House Inn recommended The Pearl and we were lucky enough to get a same day reservations however I would recommend making advance reservations, especially during high season. Our dining experience was incredible. We were not dressed as well as most of the patrons however I did not feel out of place and we were treated... More

I've been to The Pearl twice. The first time was 2 years ago and I loved the decor and the fresh seafood concoctions. I returned the next December to attend the Bubble Bash and was overwhelmed with delicious food and great people. I'm definitely heading back this winter.

Restaurant is overpriced and portions are small. We tried the signature drink, appetizer, and entrees. Not impressed.

My husband and I came here for a romantic dinner during our Nantucket stay. It had been 15 years since the last time I ate here. It was amazing back then, but now it seems like an Emperor's New Clothes situation. The food and drinks all have fancy descriptions and detailing, but don't actually taste that great or have what... We went looking for dinner. What we got was a very limited menu with very small portions; and an extensive, expensive wine list. While we thought we were going to a restaurant with a good wine list, we felt fooled. We were at a wine bar with some food

We spent two days on Nantucket and could not get a table at The Pearl on the first night. To ensure our success the next night, we got a reservation for a 6 PM seating and very glad we did. The waiter, Josh, was totally attentive and knew the menu very well. To his dismay, we had already made our... More

We visited the Pearl Labor Day weekend and it was a memorable dining experience. We have not been to Nantucket for several years, live in Laguna Beach and found the ambiance, quality of food and service even better than we ever recalled, we will return. Each dish was bursting with flavors. I would also like to comment on the quality... More
