Review promised a nice, American meal with good service in a pleasant atmosphere on the main drag; and that it what we got! Nachos, Wings, soups and a fabulous popover made for a warm easy meal on a cold night. Highly recommend...and the place was packed! Pretty good value as well. Dinner for two around $40.

We went to this restaurant after visiting Amherst College. Food was excellent! Large quantities and really really good. My beef stroganoff sandwich was delicious. My wife really liked her salad. The kids were very pleased too. Just great overall!

My wife and I went here not knowing anything about the place. It was a Sunday afternoon in between lunch and dinner and was still quite busy. We were impressed with the extent of the menu items. My wife ordered the "drunken scallops" and I ordered the "salmon saute" . Mine was a little blander than I would have expected... More

Enormous menu with some great vegetarian items. The ceasar salad dressing tasted freshly made (not bottled) which was a nice surprise and delicious. I got falavocado, one of a series of avocado based salads, that stacked falafel and goat cheese atop avocado slices. I chose to have mine in a popover, which seem to be a deal (Home of the... More

Haven't been to Judie's since late 70s when I went to school in Amherst. We stopped for the nostalgia and the popovers my wife remembered. Food was ok, nothing memorable with large portions. Service was attentive. Just like I remembered it.

In my first visit to Amherst center I wanted really good food, so i went to Judie's. There was a bit of a wait to begin with, but I went for a walk, came back and my table was ready. Food is delicious. Judie's is known for their popovers, make sure you order pone, you wont be disappointed.
