Trapiche is a very good plave for having local food. Highly recommend the Sancocho which is a local chicken soup. Great place

Nice Traditional Panamanian Food, regular dishes as if you were out of Panama City Hojaldra, Carimañola, Tortillas, Bisteck Encebollado just Name it, you get it
