If its crowded best avoid it. Except for the good spot they have with theor terrace, if it is crowded, it will take ages to get served. Food is average. Not much else to say really.

Inside Grand Cafe Van Gogh you can find a very cosy and colorful place. Outside terrace is nothing special.Like every other cafe. We went twice. Nice coffees and interesting food. Service can be better. Limited access to upper floors.

Great service, mushroom soup & lemon cheesecake was tasty. Cheese cake is too big for 1 do :). One negative remark ; Still water 750 ml is expensive (19.5 Lei).

The waitress was very nice and the food was delicious. The location is also wonderful. I ordered the 'GB monster' and was pleasantly surprised. The so called 'GB monster' was actually an authentic English breakfast (down to the canned beans). My wife ordered quesadilla, which...More

It was an amazing experience. It is located in the heart of the Old Town and we were able to hear the music from various street artists. It was just magic.

We visited this beautiful-looking cafe one evening on our way back to our apartment. We took a seat outside - it wasn’t busy - and tried to catch the waiter’s attention. We waited for more than five minutes to be acknowledged, at which point I...More
