The food is very tasty

I came here for the 2nd Time. Will definitely come again. The food is sooo Tasty and the staff is very polite and helpful. Both times when we were here, we were served by Dorian, who does an excelent job. Indeed, the prices are a little high, but I guess that comes due to the fact that is very close to the city center and also because most of the food that is expensive is made of special ingredients. I do recommend for special ocassions, especially for couples.

Noa nails it!

Nicely appointed and clean restaurant just a 10 minute walk from the Intercontinental Hotel, located amongst a wide variety of shops and other restaurants. Front of the house was cordial and graciously greeting me in English. My server recommended a great Romanian red to savor while I considered the extensive menu options. I settled on the Romanian bean and pork soup with garlic toast points as a starter; simply amazing and a meal unto itself. An avocado and feta salad followed that was feast as well. Struggling a bit now, I dove into spaghetti bolognese which had a deep beef flavor and a sauce that deliciously clung to the pasta. Too full to consider even the most modest of desserts I paid a most reasonable check and departed to walk off some the meal. I’m very likely to revisit before I leave Bucharest to try something new.

Good food, nice place, very bad service. Similar to a turist trap.

Usual attitude for a place that is situated in the city center. Nice place, semi good food, but the service is just awful. The first clue should have been when the reservation was made: we asked for a table at the window, it was confirmed that we have reserved a table at the window, and when we got there the table was upstairs. The second clue should had been when it took more than 12 minutes for a waiter to come and ask for our drinks. And it keept on going during the hole night. The food is not that great, plain simple, nothing special. So, the best option is to stay away from this place.

This is a nice restaurant in the Old Town area. It has a cozy feel and is designed well. Service was attentive and they served a mix of food. I ordered the steak. I was also pleased my steak arrived cooked as I had ordered which can be a challenge. The steak also came with a side salad. However, I also ordered a vegetable side dish which was perfectly cooked asparagus. There was plenty of food and it was reasonably price, but not cheap compared to other restaurants. This restaurant has an upscale feel and atmosphere and was relatively quiet.

Amazing!

A few days ago I finally visited my favorite place to eat in Bucharest and I was happy to see that the quarantine had not affected the quality of their services. I was immediately seated and my order was taken. Cristina, the waitress who professionally attended me, made sure that my experience there was top score. I ordered steak, ryb eye to be precise, and it was to die for, complimenting my taste buds.. Add to that a glass of red wine and you have got yourself a recepe for a magnificent end of the day. Same cozy atmosphere that I was used to, same soft music... I will totally go back there as often as I can. Worth every penny!

Great place where u can chill with friends/a date/your partner and even by yourself. Very professional services and very friendly. Amazing Food. There arent many places in Bucharest with such a diversity menu and such great plates(great taste and beautiful plate presentation) Affordable prices aswell The place has a very modern and exquisite design. And comfortablechairs (im a fat ass and i always care about the chairs when i go to a restaurant:)) )

The best rib-eye steak

Me and my girlfriend had the best dinner at NOA. Many thanks to Alex, the waiter who take care of us during our dinner,he was so nice, recommended us their special rib-eye steak from argentina which was cooked medium rare, it was so delicious, i recommend it to anyone. The atmosphere in the restaurant is perfect for dinner, the music is at a low level, mostly covers. Overall one of the best experience in bucharest, highly recommend. Thank you Alex! Hope to see you soon.

Great restaurant, great dinner! 5/5

This restaurant has many good things about it, so I will list some that mattered the most to me. First of all, the waiter was the nicest guy, super friendly and he actually put a big smile on our faces just taking our orders. Then the food, at a price relatively low for someone from the Netherlands, the Rib Eye steak was perfectly prepared and high quality meat - I asked for it to be prepared medium rare and it was exactly as it should be; very tasteful, tender and pink-red inside. I personally like it with a bit more salt, so that was the only thing I had to add. Lastly, the music was nice too, usually I’m not a fan of the music in restaurants but they had a great cover playlist and a very decent sound system. Also the volume was ideal. All in all, a great dinner and would surely recommend it to anyone in the neighbourhood!

Fantastic Dining

My husband and I didn’t know where to eat, so we walked by NOA and it looked so inviting. The atmosphere was classy, the staff was very friendly, the food presentation was very sophisticated, and lastly the food was very delicious. This was our first time visiting Romania and the NOA Restoclub set the bar high and I highly recommend to everyone.

Poor service and under cooked food

Having eaten here before we expected to dine well but we were left so disappointed. We didn't have a booking but as the restaurant was empty, except 2 tables, we didn't expect any issues. We were told only one table was available as we hadn't reserved, which was fine, although it was strange that a Romanian couple arrived soon after us with no booking and was given a table set for 4 people. Maybe that table reservation was cancelled in the 15 minutes since we arrived? The waiter was very pleasant when he took our order although our 1st choice was not available. The starter was fantastic so no complaints there but when our burgers arrived there was blood pooling on the plate and when we cut into them they were very rare which was not what we expected. We asked for them to be cooked more and in fairness the waiter took them back with no issues. Unfortunately when they had been recooked they were still rare and despite explaining we were still unable to eat them we were met with the explanation that they were well done because they were black on the outside (despite blood still being in the middle) and had they cooked them more they would have been like cardboard. When we asked not to pay for the mains we were told that they had been cooked as per restaurant policy and had already been recooked so we needed to pay so we reluctantly paid and left. Seems that the customer is not always right.

$45 for a small t-bone

The waiter said the t-bone weighed 500 grams. It did not, not even close. Yet, I was charged 200.85 leu. Even in the U.S. where I am from, a t-bone doesn't cost that much. The first waiter was excellent. But apparently there was a shift change during my dinner. After the first waiter was off duty, I waited over 20 minutes after finishing my meal before finally going and standing in the door to get someone's attention so that I could get my bill. The man who brought the bill yelled at me when I questioned it. The overbilling and being yelled at spoiled an otherwise good dinner.

Not great at all

Absolutely disappointed in this place. I feel that I was cat-fished by the the other reviews on here. I ordered the Texas burger and the meat it was compiled of was horrible. My girlfriend ordered a rib eye steak cooked medium and it was very tough. The steakhouse classification of this restaurant should be removed from trip advisor. I do not recommend this restaurant, that being said at least the staff was friendly.

Great lunch

This was my wife and my first stop in Bucharest and left extremely satisfied. We arrived minutes after the start of it's business day and were greeted by the friendly staff and immediately sat at our table. The goulash and bean soup with smoked pork tasted amazing and were the perfect proportions to satisfy our appetite but not allow us to overeat. The fries with parmesan cheese was an excellent side to go with our meal. I would definitely return to this restaurant due to the professional staff, great food, and fair prices.

Good steak in Bucharest

Went there for early dinner. We had spring rolls with sweet chili sauce and shrimps with mushroom and sweet chili sauce for starters. For main dish we took rib-eye steak with potatoes. Apart from spring rolls which were ok, everything else was really good and would gladly return. Together with drinks the dinner was 140 RON per person.
