The set-up of this very retro looking cake shop isn't too inviting at first glance, but make sure you enter and try out some of their specialty cakes and cookies 'cause they're pretty hard to beat! They offer a variety of 'patented' sorts of cakes...More
This place is a traditional cake and ice cream shop in Zagreb. It offers good quality ingredients in whatever they make. They can be inventive as well. However, they are in bad need of refurbishment as the ambient is very much 80s looking, They would...More

Birthday cake for third birthday was embarrassingly bad. The dough dry and cream with margarine !!! Cover/decoration was rubbery, as if eating play dough. Price of 460 kn was BRAZENLY high !!!
Orijent offers the best cakes I've tried in Zagreb. But, the interior is out of date and the atmosphere is not pleasant. I don't like to sit there for longer than 10 minutes, it's simply not comfortable so I prefer takeout.
this place has solid sweets but it's stuck, in a time long gone. the cakes are too simple and there is very little interesting stuff to eat after you visit more than once
