Fabulous Peruvian Food! The mariscos are so fresh you have to slap them! ;-) Wonderful casual ambiance with excellent table service. Highly recommend checking out Don Fernando!

Tengo muchos casos de segunda y hasta tercera generación de clientes ja ja ja , ya sabes abrimos el primer negocio de comida el año 1985 , ufffff cuando lo pienso, me alegra y entristece a la vez. Lamento lo del ceviche, me hubiera encantado conversar sobre el tema. Nosotros siempre tenemos el "ceviche del día", el pescado que uso para este caso es normalmente una mezcla y siempre con mucho predominio de fortuno. Luego encuentras ya las variedades como corvina, lenguado y aveces, chita, mero, cojinova, cabrilla., dependiendo lo que nos traigan los pescadores. Por favor la próxima vez no dudes en comentarlo que nos haces un favor con tus apreciaciones. Saludos cordiales Fernando vera
