Is not everyday that I go to a different restaurant, and at the Shaman Vegan, was not disappointed at all, because the quality of the service and the delicious meals seduced me to consider more often such an option for my diet. The energy of the place and the other consumers involved in a kind of new vision for peace... More

A great meal, with gorgeous drinks made our half day trek from Tambomachay to Cuzco to be completed. When we were in Qenqo in our walking, we had many doubts about the meaning of this site, but by coincidence, at the Shaman Vegan restaurant we discover a book that explained very well about this site. Our congratulations for you guys... More

Had a nice tomato based Spaghetti dish and rice pudding made from almond milk for dinner. It was good but perhaps less value for money than Green Point. The lunch time Menu of the day was excellent value. All in all a nice experience and we certainly would appreciate an establishment like this nearer to home!

We tried this restaurant because we were bored of the restaurants we had been to in Cusco. Both of our dishes were rather bland. I think we would've been better off with a salad.

We stayed a few days in Cusco and as vegans, we tried the Shaman restaurant and we could understand the service that these people do for the local and international community. It is not easy to find a vegan option when you travel in Peru, but this place became our home. The kind spirit of the workers and the wisdom... More

Juices are OK. Nothing special. The ambiance of the restaurant is also ok. We ordered the avocado a la jardiniere. It was an uninspired pile of cabbage, kale, grated carrot and beetroot with avocado filled with (dry) broccoli and other veggies. No dressing, no flavor except the vegetables. I get the raw-thing, but have had far better vegan/raw variations of... More

Well...our juices are fresh and natural, sugar free, there is not a big science behind them, sorry you didn´t find the specials. All our food is like that, natural and fresh, the dressing for the salad is not part of our menu, is true, we don´t use fabricated products, and on the tables you find olive oil, vinager, besides the... We enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and yet found the service slow. The food was prepared in a timely way and was very good. I found there was too much of an oil taste in my dish but then I do not cook with much oil at all. The menu was ample but now as varied as other raw... More

All our food, is prepared at the moment, everything we offer is fresh, that´s the reason why some times it took a while, we are sorry that this is an inconvenience for you. About the oil, we found that strange, because we try not to use it that much, but is a good point to check, we will have to... More

It's difficult travelling South America as a vegetarian however, Peru is a veggies haven and this place didn't disappoint. 10/10. Gorgeous, fresh, healthy veggie/vegan food.

Thank you for your comment. Our country has so many variety of vegetables and fruits that we have to take advantage from it, we have the luck of be able to get fresh supplies, and that is what we offer our costumers, natural and fresh meals. More

We visited this restaurant for lunch whilst out for a walk in the city as we both enjoy the vegan vibe of good wholesome food. The interior wasn't what we were expecting - the walls being made up of rather dubious commercial photos of the "shaman" posing for the camera. The menu looked fresh and well presented however the service... More

We are very sorry you had a bad experience with us. We had a little problem with the kitchen that day, that was the reason you have to wait that long. The waitress tried to compensate a little bit of this sharing with you a dessert. Our food, is not for everyone, we are very carefully with our ingredients and... More

Another exotic restaurant with high vibe and interesting meetings, beside the energy the meals were amazing too. They offer a nice menu each day and with all the visitors we enter to another level of the inca history involving food and magic. Tis restaurant offfered the best quinoa meals, in the soup and the main course, even a desert with... More

Description
THE SEEDS FROM PACHAMAMA

In 1987 I started with my first vegan services to my community and since there I had seven vegan restaurants until 2005. We closed the last one and we maintained resting for a few years. And we decided to restart a new vision in restaurant to do a high quality service for our Cusco and international community with a higher Vegan & Raw sharing with you. In September 2nd 2012 we reopened for you dear sisters and brothers, and our service will provide high quality meals, of course Vegan & Raw options. We are also working in the project in producing our own vegetables and other organic products which will come directly to our restaurant and you will not only enjoy, but will also learn about many of the great things that Pachamama can offer to us. We need to make our part stimulating the New Generations to become vegans if we want a better World preserving our beautiful Planet! Beside all this, here you could participate in ceremonies, meditations and many other things that the land of the Inkas can offer to you. All the best and hope to meet you here one day.
