A Rough Guide recommendation brought me to this quirky cafe today and it didn't disappoint. The two ladies working were both very friendly, the vegetarian sandwich I ordered was HUGE and tasted really fresh too unlike most of the others I've had in South America....More

Our son, who was visiting Quito with us, and had lived in New Orleans, stumbled on Matthew's restaurant and brought us here. It was one of the best meals we had in Quito!. Matthew had a wonderful Orleans gumbo cooked up for us. The location...More

We had dinner here tonite. My partner's chicken sandwich had some kind of spicy sauce and was tasty. My chorizo sandwich was ok though the "chorizo" tasted more like knockwurst than chorizo. We also shared a half liter carafe of red house wine which was...More
