The place is ugly as hell but the terremoto drink is the best known in town, I would suggest to drink the terremoto, maybe two and go. Enjoy

We had such a good time. We didn't eat the food but the drinks good strong and cheap. It is well hidden behind another building but the foot traffic leads you right there

The place to get a Terremoto which consists of a sweet wine served over pineapple ice cream with some added syrup (choice of three flavours). Very sweet, and very potent, and is reminiscent of an ice cream float (or spider). The place is tucked away...More

We made a 30 minute stop here to soak up the local culture and have their specialty drink. It was midday and not yet crowded. There is plenty of beer available, but you need to try what is called an "earthquake." Do not have more...More

Just a heads up! Hours are incorrect on here. We went on Sunday morning and they weren't open. Not sure about the other days.

Locals recommended this place. Nothing fancy and I didn't try the food, only had the Terremoto drink - cheap wine + ice cream + grenadine. Order at the bar for faster service

You'll find locals of all sorts in there. It's always packed, so you can't expect a first class service. It's a popular and cheap watering hole. It's right at the central market, so expect something else than a nice relaxing restaurant. Had the famous "terremoto"...More

Get this straight: this is more a pub than a restaurant. It’s fairly rough and ready, really busy both times we went on midweek afternoons. It’s not a place for a romantic, quiet meal that’s for sure. It’s a down-to-earth pub. You’ll certainly get a...More
