I don’t normally go for sushi as I am limited in what I can eat, however, they were very accommodating and the food and service were incredible. Some of the best sushi I have ever eaten.

Great food experiece. Do not hesitate to adventure into the very innovative dishes which combine many flavors. High quality which comes with a cost.
one of the best restaurant in Santiago, i went with chilean and japanese friends for business ......variaty and quality very good i recommended to visit and i will back again
Certainly one of the best Japanese restaurant in Santiago. Don’t be deceived by the head waiter friendly welcome with a drug dealer dress sense which unfortunately, does not reflect the delicious food and attentive service.
I order online using WhatsApp +56 9 5471 2849 in April 2021, when Santiago was under quarantine. The delivery was fast and the food arrived warm in eco-friendly containers. The Nasu Dengaku (eggplant sliced in half, scored and brushed with a sweet and savory miso...glaze) was truly the original recipe I tasted in Japan. The Wakame Salad was fresh and equally tasty as is in Japan. Katsu Don (PORK CUTLET AND EGG RICE BOWL) was crunchy and sour-sweet as is in Japan. On the Chilean mad twist, I order the Gyosas de Cochayuyo (A tipical Chilean seaweed) and Papaya (s a melon-like fruit, having Chile in the north of the country the sweetest and smallest version of the multiples papaya trees). The combination of these Gyozas with the explosion of Ponzu sauce is simply a must. Everyone should try this!More
I went twice and I love it! I would classify this restaurant as fusion Japanese cuisine: however, the recipes are exquisite with fresh good quality products. I would recommend it without hesitation and I believe the price it totally worth it! A must!
We have had sushi all over the world (Lima, San Francisco, Honolulu, etc.) and truly appreciate freshness, as well as inventiveness. This was on a whole new level. My husband is definitely the more adventuresome eater of the two of us, and he said, "just...about every piece I had, I would have said at any other restaurant, that it was the best piece of sushi I'd had all night". He had omakase, while I ordered a few favorite pieces, and we were both in heaven. We had never had unagi with foie gras and we were just blown away by the decadence of it. Apparently, in Santiago, it's "common" to have foie gras with sushi, but it's definitely not in the US. Service was fantastic, being friendly, fast and accurate.More
Fabulous service and food especially the Z roll and the nasu miso. And they even called us an uber back to our hotel when the restaurant wi-fi broke down.
Best Japanese in town ! Fantastic food , various options, some are fusion food as the chef is half Chilean half Japanese ! I would recommend to sit at the bar to have the opportunity to discuss the menu with team while they are preparing...it ! Very fresh and no cheese cream ( which is a bad habit here in Santiago ) although a bit pricey ...! Waitress is not very friendly , would even say not smiley and bossy ! As this is one of the best in town ... always fully packed ! Make sure to book in advance !More
I haven't had a single bite of cream cheese both of the times that I've eaten at Naoki. Amazing sushi, and sashimi. Their miso soup is good and they have lots of fun appetizer and sake options. Great for a date night.
Best place for japanese food , creative, innovative and delicious. Service is excellent, professional and friendly. Prices are correct for this quality.
Being a frequent customer of this restaurant I must segregate two different points: 1. The food is usually good; 2. The service is usually terrible. On my last visit I started asking for my usual starter, the salmon troufed carpaccio. The waiter insisted to change...it for a lobster special carpaccio out of the menu. Ok, I accepted the suggestion. Terrible dish and an outrageous price (approx USD 50!! for an untasty dish ) which obviously was not mentioned by this griddy waiter keen to get his share on the service charged. Not the first time that the service is below the food. But this time they exaggerated and even the food wasn’t good. A pity...More
the long waiting changes anyones mood, meaning that we started with the left foot, in adition the whole service was extremely slow. Luckly the food was the Hit of the night.
As an English speaker, ordering sushi in a largely Spanish speaking, Chilean sushi restaurant is a cultural experience! I ordered Omakase. While the principal chef, spoke no English, several fellow diners at the sushi bar were both friendly and bi-lingual, all-in-all contributing to a fun,...but pricey meal. The food was exceptional ... supremely fresh, and subtlety enhanced with a range of sauces and oils. Finely shaved yellow tail sashimi, lobster, tuna, and a flash seared bite of waygu filet paired with foie gras were highlights. Naoki was among the best sushi meals I have enjoyed in any city.More
The food is very well prepared with novel accents. Specialized in seafood and with a marked tendency to hedgehogs is a culinary experience. We ask for Omakase, an option in which the chef chooses the food for you, as well as the price. It was...a magnificent experience. We paid about a hundred dollars per person. Having traveled several times to Japan I can affirm that this is undoubtedly one of the best Japanese restaurants in Santiago.More
