So the idea here is coffee, a view and some history. Cafe Haiti has been around for a long time. (That's the history part.) The waitresses have long legs, short skirts and nice bodies. (That's the view part.) The coffee selection is pretty extensive. The waitresses serve from an elevated platform. (Sort of a pedestal.) The coffee was good. Our... More

I enjoyed the coffee, but the environment was best! Also, the history of Cafe Haiti was interesting as well. Very good spot to relax and enjoy some very good coffee.

I went there because it was suggested, but it's hard to get a normal American coffee, their version of American coffee is an expresso in a small cup, I need my big tall cup of coffee. The thing I liked was the servers, if Starbucks served coffee this way I would definitely would spend more time there

Coffee on legs. We became aware of this place on our last night, so the next day we made an effort to go see it before our flight, and we were not disappointed! This is a cafe that is popular with the suits and ties for a quick coffee break while on their work break. The waitresses are all tall... More

A unique concept that started in the 50s. Apparently the coffee served in coffee shops was very bad. A women had the idea to open Cafe Haiti and have the waitresses wear shot dresses and high heels to serve coffee to standing customers. The funny thing is that these establishments only exist in business district during regular business hours. More... More

First you take a look to the stewards, and then you seat and enjoy a nice coffee. A very Chileans custom. And then you seat and take a look to the vibran city, where you can find different place of the Café Haiti. I choose one in the very central area, the permit to see the different strikes. The is... Ok, probably I was crazy to enter this establishment to begin with, but I heard that coffee was actually good!! And I needed to use W/C. The waitress told me there was non.... I just lost my mobile and quite down. The waitress was sincere and made my coffee extra nice looking, which was really nice gesture! I did not... More

Like its neighbor Caribe, Haiti is a must when in Santiago. It is the city's best coffee. Each place serves only coffees at a long, serpentine marble bar - standing only. The waitresses are courteous & friendly - a bit of Hooters in Santiago but with class! Visit each one. There are several branches all over downtown in the business... More

It's a must go place, specially if you like coffee. The atmosphere, the service is pretty fine, it's a very good place to warm you up, before continuing the tour by streets of santiago
