Six of us had dinner here. There was something for everyone - from chicken fried rice, eel, teriyaki beef to a wide range of sushi and rolls. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and each dish had a special touch. Flavors were delicious and service excellent. Loved the shrimp and crab roll with avocado and toasted quinoa. Restaurant is located... More

Maybe there are some Japanese dishes like sashimi, but it's not an authentic Japanese food. The restaurant is beautiful, cool and expensive.

This restaurant has a nice location and good food, but when the bill comes it just doesn't feel worth it. We found out about this restaurant because it was on a list of 50 best restaurants in South America, but in retrospect it was one of the most expensive, but least interesting meals that we had in Chile.

This is a GREAT restaurant. You will have to beg and cry to get a table if you didn't plan ahead and reserved well before you traveled to Santiago. The menu has every succulent dish you could expect from Peru and Japan, more importantly the fish is VERY fresh and top quality. Remember this is the same Pacific ocean where... More

We were introduced to Nikkei cuisine (South American (often Peruvian) Japanese) at Maido in Lima and it was life-changing and palate-changing. Stunning food. So, when we were in Santiago and found out about this highly regarded nikkei restaurant, we had to check it out. Modern atmosphere. Good service. Amazing ceviche and a really good abalone nigiri. Great experience. Not quite... More

I have eaten here a few times and each time I am impressed with the talented kitchen team. Located in the cool W Hotel, the restaurant boasts high ceiling and is light and airy. Extensive menu and every dish you want to try. The waiting staff know their stuff and the menu. First class. Everything's tastes and looks perfect and... More

Every dish that we ordered was very, very good (Ceviche Trio, Tiradito palteadito, Gyoza - the best ever!, Udon and pork). The decor is non-existent, the space is tight and rather noisy. The waiters were efficient but stern (although their English was quite sufficient). As a culinary experience it was quite satisfying, as an outing much less so.

Osaka is one of the best restaurants in Chile. Amazing peruvian-japanese fusion cuisine, great sushi too. Recommendations: carpassion (raw salmon with passionfruit syrup), cripsy quinoa roll and ishiyakis (you cook thin wagyu steaks on a hot stone). Not cheap but its worth it.

The location is fine, on the 4th floor of the W hotel, and the decor is crisp with surprisingly high, warehouse-like ceilings. The seating capacity isn't that substantial, so reservations may help...The Japanese and Peruvian dishes are delicious. While not as creative as the best Japanese fusion restaurants in London, the ingredients are extremely fresh and the plating beautiful. Music... More
