Really popular, especially with the yoga crowd. There is quite often a queue, especially if people only decide what they want to order when they get to the cashier, where the drinks are then made to order, thus holding up the line further. They should...consider having a separate line for those who are just buying bread or cakes. They had a promo for the log cakes at $28 for two, so we opted for the strawberry duo and the four cheeses. The cheese one was not bad though the other was sweet.More

The mood was aloof and quiet. There were not many customers around the place. We ordered a lot of varied breads for our meals outside. The cashier was friendly. gd service.

I bought at Chocolate Croissant at 9.30AM after a long flight. I was hungry. I asked if it was fresh. Staff told me it was baked same day. First it was crazy expensive for a Chocolate Croissant. SGD 4.50 is way over-priced. Second, it tasted...like carton. Dry. No taste. I complained to the staff and they kept saying it was baked same day. It obviously was not. It was baked at least 24h before. I had to throw away the chocolate croissant as it was not eatable. Expensive and tasteless.More

Their soft pudding is the best. I always buy some to take home in this airport. They pack the pudding in a soft padded aluminium package. A must try to enjoy with family at home in Jakarta.

I’ve shopped at Paris Baguette a number of times to take sandwiches out. The fillings are absolutely divine but, the last couple of times the bread, despite looking delicious, has been hard and stale, to the point of being inedible.

A really cool bakery with lots of very scrumptious goodies! The cheese delicacy wrapped in bacon was outrageously good! A great place to pick up some snacks if you're about to head off to your hotel and want something quick and easy to eat after...your flight.More

Stay away, price is a scam, service is incredibly ground low. I regreted spending $12 for bread and juice from this shop. This branch was one of my favourites since 2014. Sadly, the quality has dropped to the extreme. The female staff with glasses, working...shift in the morning should be kicked-out. She was ignoring customers who are already on Pay queue, she didn’t bother to heat for me nor offer, she took 10 mins to come to the cash register when I was paying. She completely zones out and is unable to perform. This experience ruined the brand for me.More

This is a great spot to stop if you are hungry on arrival at Singapore. Located to the right as you enter the arrival hall from customs there is a large array of baguettes and other sandwiches to choose from. Enough cakes to make the...sweetest tooth smile and the coffee on offer is not too bad. A little on the expensive side and if you had a family of 4 or 5 the total cost would be high for a snack or lunch but it is an airport where premium prices are common.More

This is one of the Singaporean outlets of the famous Korean artisan bakery — Paris Baguette. Some of the staff may be Korean and they deliver good service. The breads are very similar to the ones in their Korea outlets, but the prices are way...higher than in Korea. The cakes are amazingly good, and some of the highly recommended cakes are found on their bright displays. Unfortunately they do not serve bingsoo. I visited the outlet at Terminal 4 upon my arrival back to Singapore on a Saturday night. As this was the closest to the arrival gate and it was the least crowded of all the eateries that I entered into the country, I dropped by...with my siblings for a light dinner before heading home. The restaurant was not very busy and there were at least 3 staff behind the counter - most seemed to be modelling than doing work. There were a few empty tables but they were not cleared. We had to clear the table ourselves instead. When I make my order, I asked what is the difference between the fresh orange juice and a cordial. I was told that fresh orange juice meant it will be pressed on the spot while a cordial is a bottled orange juice. I emphasized at least twice if it will be pressed on the spot, and the cashier started looking frustrated and in an irritated voice confirmed my statement. After making the necessary payment via my credit card, I was shock to see that I was given a bottled orange juice and the cashier claimed it is what she was referring. English may not be my mother tongue, but with me emphasizing my question at least once if the juice will be "pressed on the spot" and she confirmed it, it was a clear obvious case of unethical business dealings. This is not the worse. When I insisted to cancel the order of the "freshly squeezed" orange juice to a cordial one, the cashier's instant reply is that they are not allowed to cancel. Despite me telling the cashier this should not be the case, she stand by what she had claimed. I had to request for the manager to assist. Unfortunately, the manager of the outlet seemed to be ill-educated with the system as instead of cancelling, she charged me for the corrected transaction. In the end, I paid for one bogus meal and another that I actually consumed and on top of this, was given humiliating treatment of the staff gazing and starring hard at me. I will never go to any Paris Baguette outlet here in Singapore and maybe overseas as my feedback to the organization was not answered. I am now in the process of approaching the Singapore authority as it is not about the money I have paid but the principle behind this entire situation, and especially since they also collected unauthorized GST since the first transaction is illegal.More

My family came to T4 Departure Hall to send off our girls for their short holiday. It was about 5pm so we decided to have an early dinner. While the selections of their sandwiches were good, service level could have been better. First, they don’t...have forks available and when I asked, it took them forever to replenish from the kitchen. As we needed the fork to cut our sandwiches, they failed to bring it to ask. Instead, they just replaced them to the tray at their counter. All the service staff were young guys with one girl and a female supervisor (I assumed), they were obviously inexperienced. I was quite put off by their attitude and “chatting away” among themselves (selves-absorbed). There was also a group school girls at the restaurant and they were engaging them casually rather then attending to paying customers. Disappointed with the service. If you want to be good with your food, be good with your service as well.More

I never really noticed Paris Baguette at the Arrivals Hall in Terminal 2 during previous trips - I was always in a hurry to get out of the airport. The display case was very inviting and I found it difficult to choose from the variety...of sandwiches, pastries, etc. I decided on a 5-types mushroom focaccia and a grilled barbecue chicken sandwich, both for takeaway. When I got to my hotel and settled in my room, I first sunk my teeth into the mushroom focaccia. OMG - I fell in love! It was VERY good, filling and well worth its S$6.00 price! Later that day, I had the grilled barbecue chicken sandwich (S$8.50). It was just as good and satisfying. Quite frankly, best S$14.50 I ever spent! ;-)More
