First time here after Covid, food as gorgeous as ever lying behind the glass counter, huge prawns, signature rendang, fried chicken and a variety of vegetables. As we had dietery requirements, ordered only one meat which by consensus was the rendang. We had the sayor lodeh,...chilli terong, potato leaves, sliced cabbage, soup buntut. Ikan tenggeri slices looked a bit hard and dry so didn't order and that was the only fish item. Service was helpful and brisk, we had the teh halos which was quite good and I bought home a packet of kueh kueh which was declared delicious by the people at home. Come early, before 12 noon to avoid the lunch crowd. We were told they don't take reservations.More

My friends and I were enjoying the lunch very much. From the moment we entered and seated in, the staff provided excellent services. The food and drink are very delicious and authentic, will introduce to this restaurant for those craving for Indonesia nasi padang :)

Hv to say it, one of the most expensive nasi padang in that area. Though the serving amount is generous the taste n flavours was just generally ok only.

Thank you, Sari Ratu for bringing real and authentic Indonesian cuisine to Singapore. Whenever I crave for nasi padang, I would go to Sari Ratu. The moment I step in to their restaurant, I smell familiar fragrance when I was in Indonesia. The beef rendang...is tender, fragrant. Even my toddler boy loves it! My dad likes the sambal the most. The dendeng balado, ayam bakar, ayam pop, ayam balado, ayam gulai, sotong gulai, ikan asam pedes, sop buntut, all are perfect!More

Walked past before and it looked like a nice clean place. It is a traditional, pick your choice at the counter type place. Chicken rendang was excellent, the aubergine w Chilli was great, Saya lodeh was very good too. Fish curry was creamy and smooth....Fried fish also nice The selections were all good and u decide what u like. Best place is the ice teler, great chunks of avocado, jackfruit, coconut and atap seeds in shaved ice, save room for that.More

We came here on 20th Sept 2019. This is a nice and cosy place for a meal with friends and family. It's pocket friendly and you can find most of the dishes appealing to customers of different ages. We particularly like the fried potato chips,...ikan asin (salted fish), sayur lodeh and kambing claypot. Drink was OK also, with only bandung and teh tarik (hot) being well done! My only grouse was that the teh tarik iced was not sweet enough due to being too diluted. Will definitely come back again soon for nasi padang in a group. Like the experience of sharing dishes with friends and catching up here.More

There are many Nasi Padang in Singapore, but mostly are Malay Nasi Campur rather than Nasi Padang, all good Indonesian Nasi Padang must come with Sambal Ijo and Sambal Merah, and Sari Ratu serves plenty of them. love the SengKong, sambal telor and of cos,...the Beef Redang here is the best, it is cooked till it is dark and dry, very indonesian style. I always eat way too much rice here due to the many tasty dishes.More

Mouth watering dishes, cooked to perfection. Too many choices.. it was hard not to select too much for 3 persons. We ordered 8 dishes, small portions- all really good. But the must try are the sotong, chicken rendang, Chili Kang kong. Definitely need to return...to try the other dishes. At the end the meal, we shared the big bowl of chendol which is not too sweet. Go before noon before it gets crowded.More

A Malay friend took me to this simple fastfood restaurant in Kampong Glam, boasting that rendang is well-prepared. He is right! Rendang is a winner; so is this iced fruit cocktail (dessert) called Es Teler. Highly recommended. Will return.
