Chettynad Curry Palace is an authentic Indian restaurant located at Upper Weld Road. The name "Chettynad" derived from the Chettinad originally from the region of Tamil Nadu state in South India. Chettinad cuisine is one of the spiciest and most aromatic in India which is famous for its use of variety of spices in preparing mainly non-vegetarian dishes. The ultimate must-try dish at Chettynad Curry Palace is their Chicken Chettinad roast with dry red chillies, spices, added with curry powder, ground paste and others. Mutton Mysore is a dish that has its unique and complex flavours of the spices, balanced by the comforting tangy of tomato paste and the boneless mutton pieces are tender.

The food was so good. Lovely family run restaurant. If you want silver service this place is not for you. However friendly service I rate more highly. Gotta have authentic Indian while staying in Little India district. Yum!

Tried a few dishes - kudal, fish cutlet, chili chicken, pepper chicken, mango lassi,
I found all (except chili chicken) to be good... I didnt think the chili chicken was particularly that delicious
Nonetheless I recommend this palace (place). It is clean and the staff are very friendly

This was simply the best very close (1km) to Little India but the food is several times better - quality quantity pricing - avoid the restaurants in Little India and eat at Chettinad curry place you would love it !

This restaurant was very good at the begining but lately the service,quailty and quantity has become questionable.Meat dishes(kodal curry) is filled with so much of dhall that you can hardly see the meat.Veges all have more dhall than actual veg.Real disappointment.Price not reasonable any longer as quantity
apart from rice has dropped drastically.Wonder if the cook has changed or the owner has not been looking into the overall standard of the restaurant.

Excellent tasting food.
Cant say that i've ever been disappointed.
Their meat dishes are very good.
Free flow rice too.

Had dinner with Family. It is one of the high quality restaurant in city. Service was awesome. Menu is super especially for non vegetarian. Very tasty food.

Its a Very Budget Friendly Restaurant at Upper Weld Road Near Rochor & Jalan Besar MRT .. One can have a Dosa & Idly at a very little price in Singapore just 4$. So if any one in a budget shall try this also the food is not that great but one can try if they are into budget
