arriving late at changi, i was starving. food court at terminal 1 was closed for renovations, so took the sky train over to terminal 3 for a bite. i had pork ribs vermicelli soup and bean curd which looked fine but each mouthful proved so tasteless and horrible - how can they serve such awful meals?

The price of the bah kut teh had increased recently. I also find that it's not as tasty as before. The braised pig trotter is still quite alright.

Description
Established over 30 years ago, Rong Chen Bak Kut Teh serves the Teochew version of this signature Singaporean dish, made with white pepper and garlic. This stall uses only prime rib, infusing the broth with a sweet and aromatic flavour. Another version that this stall offers is the “natural pork” belly soup, using pork from the US that is farmed naturally and fed natural feed.
