This is definitely my go-to restaurant for tonkatsu! The crust is thin and crispy and the pork juicy and succulent. Service is also great, especially Lek Fong and Queenie!

Very very good tonkatsu, need to try it to believe it. The pork was still juicy after the frying which was great 👍🏻 will return for another visit soon.

Dined here a total of three times since the restaurant’s opening and each time I’d have the Miso Katsu set. The sauce is strong, probably a little too rich and salty for some diners, but that’s exactly the way I like it. The cutlets are...fluffy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Also appreciate the restaurant offering multigrain rice as an option.More

We had early dinner at Ma Maison outlet in Jewel Changi Airport. We ordered the Tokusen Rosu Katsu set which comprised a good serving of kurobuta (black pig) pork loin, cabbage and miso soup. Other orders included deep-fried jumbo prawns and curry potato croquette. The...tastier rosu-katsu (as compared to hire-katsu for pork fillet) was tender with a good mix of fat and lean meat. The deep-fried golden brown Japanese panko breadcrumbs provided a nice crunchy bite. Of the two versions of sauce were provided, we preferred the spicy over the sweeter version. Katsu portion was generous for the dinner serving. Ma Maison is well known for its higher quality katsu and this outlet did not disappoint. The restaurant was well patronised but not crowded. Service was good.More

The restaurant has a long queue as always. The food is average, not very fantastic. And the sauce for the pork is not really favourable. However, the service is good, also with unlimited rice, soup and cabbage. The time to wait for the food is...a bit long though.More

Those who loves Japanese cuisine would love tonkatsu. It is very crunchy with the deep fried cutlet. And you can choose different portion of the cutlet. To top it off with a nice cooling beer....

Very bad customer service. Family with baby not welcomed as the pram is not allowed inside even when there is enough space and no other people. No wonder there is no business. We left the restaurant before ordering.

Ma Maison runs nine outlets in Singapore, of which four offer tonkatsu or Japanese-style breaded, deep-fried pork cutlet. This outlet at Jewel Changi Airport is tohe newest of the outlets and appears to be as popular as its sister outlets. I had lunch here recently...but chose to eat it there more for the rather interesting decor rather than for its menu. As its name suggest, the interior of Ma Maison (French for 'my home') does display elements of home decor along its walls. But what was rather unique were the cute pig-shaped lanterns (very apt considering it is pork cutlets they serve) hung both outside and within the restaurant. But on to the food. I chose the rosu (pork loin) set that came with a couple of deep-fried oysters (seeing as they were having an oyster offer). This I found very satisfying with a reaonable amount of fat that - the restaurant also has a leaner pork fillet cutlet. The restaurant suggested that the cutlet be eaten with some crushed salt, and while I did try it, I didn't find that necessary as the sweet or spicy tonkatsu sauces were more than adequate for taste. I liked that they offered brown rice as well as white rice, a nice touch considering the heightened awareness of healthy eating amongst patrons these days, LIke tonkatsu everywhere, the meal came with plenty of fresh-sliced cabbage which is refilled on demand. Price-wise, it's not exactly cheap but for a quality product, it seemed very good value.More

Great place to stop in for a tonkatsu and a refreshing straight beer. Excellent customer service and great food at a good price.
