Stopped by here after a visit to Haji Lane. Very popular with the locals (always a good sign). We were ushered upstairs to the air conditioned section. The menu is in English and is a mix of Indian and Malay dishes. The food was spicy,...More

Very good place for authentic murtabak. The chicken murtabak was excellent. Service was quick and efficient. Upstairs is air conditioned. Quite crowded which we expected. The mutton murtabak was a little bit of a let down - dry and not as flavorful as expected. Overall,...More

Great experience on both visits. Food was served hot and murtabak is really tasty. Portion is good. Environment is comfortable on second level with air condition. Service was great and efficient with the use of back of house technology.

Around 12 noon the place would be so packed! Luckily we arrived just the right time and didn't have to wait long to be served. We had the murtabak & chicken briyani, super super excellent ten thumbs up!

From all the food I tried during my 5 days vacation at SG, this one is my favorite. First time to try Indian food and I still miss it till now. Reasonable price, Big serving and very tasty.

This traditionally Malay enclave of Singapore offers
an alluring array of shops, cafes, and bars. A walk
down Haji Lane offers quirky shopping, while one block
over, Arab Street is a treasure trove of brightly
coloured fabrics, clothing, and Turkish rugs. Stop for
a leisurely coffee or cocktail and watch local kids
play traditional games along the lane. Also home to
the Malay Heritage Centre and one of Singapore’s most
