Over the past one year, this place has gone to JUNK category. Had been there last week of Jan 2020 for dinner. The various thalis which they display on the menu were all one and the same whether it was Gujarati Thali or Rajasthani or...even Rangoli (publicised as suitable for vegans). The guy who takes orders later himself mentioned that all thalis are one and the same. We ordered one Rajasthani thali and one Rangoli thali. Only one (Rajasthani) was served. They simply forgot the other (Rangoli). After 15 minutes and when reminded of the pending order, we were told that jeera rice was not vegan hence it was taking time. I couldn’t believe this bluff stuff. However since hunger was overpowering, we waited patiently only to get the same meals as the previous one. Unbelievably the supposedly vegan meal had curd. Nothing in the Rajasthani thali was not even remotely resembling any preparation of Rajasthan. The veggies were cold as if served straight out of the refrigerator. Not at all worth the price which we paid. I would prefer the next door Shivam or Adyar Anand Bhavan. Felt cheated and vowed never to go again to this terrible place.More

They will serve dosas as part of a meal but will not make dosas separately. this is pathetic and is forcing people to buy extra food against their will. Being a South Indian food lover and Sarvana being the only sounth India food option close...to my office I am hugely disappointed in them for this (baseless) rule. I have stopped going or taking my colleagues their.More

We visited the vivocity outlet at 1045am... service was refused by the staff. I was served food from the display after waiting for almost 20mins. Staff argued and said that they needed to fill up the curry at their counter first before attending to customer....Food that was served from the display was cold and staff did not prompt me for any drinks from the set. I had to ask. A 10 dollar set is not cheap and the service did not meet the value. Why is the food not being served at 1045am when the shops at 930am. I am very unhappy with this service. Furthermore many customers where turned away by the staff.More

Horribly expensive breakfast. Very pungent and spicy food with no choice for the customer. Waiting time could be 20 to 60 minutes during busy hours. South Indian Filter Kaapi was the best and you may get a constant nudge to get up . as others...are . waiting.More
