The new location is better, and I liked the brighter atmosphere. Food was great as usual, especially the Fish Fillet with caper butter! We wiped the plate clean. And the Baked Oysters al Espagnola and Lengua de Vaca were spot-on. We skipped the paella which...we always had in this place, but I remember it to be good also. Glad to know they kept the quality. Two thumbs up!More

But seriously no service water for customers? I believe it is a basic right and being stingy or for whatever reason just doesn't cut it. The waitress even gave a lame excuse that it's because of the water repair in Boracay. I remember a TV...personality was lamenting a similar situation. "While there is no national law that requires commercial establishments to serve free potable water, according to the 1987 Philippine constitution, “The State shall protect and promote the right to health of the people and instill health consciousness among them.” The United Nations, of which the Philippines is a member state, recognizes access to water and sanitation as a basic human right. Local government units (LGUs) have taken it upon themselves to enact ordinances requiring restaurants to provide potable water for free.More

As close to Barcelona as you can get in the Philippines. I have had tapas many times in Barcelona. This restaurant does not exactly match, but with the difficulty getting tapas ingredients in the Philippines comes very close

Although they moved to a different (better and more convenient) place. Food and service was still the same.. still great and still has that dos mestizos touch. Good job!

Been going to Boracay for quite some time, even before the lockdown. Never heard of Dos Mestizos til this review. Food was amazing! Though we only ordered from their Tapas Menu, but it's already enough to know how good their dish are. Taste and portioning...was spot on. Beyond expectations! Also, overheard Mr. Andrei talking to some of the guests about re-opening their branch on Poblacion, Makati. I just want to say that you guys shouldn't hesitate. Don't think twice. I'm sure people will love your place! Definitely a must try! Cheers!More

Excellent food, great wine selection and the waiters were very polite and accomodating. The Paella negra and the tapas are my favorites. Will definitely be back to eat there on my next visit to Boracay.

The new Dos Mestizos is absolutely beautiful! The interiors is WOW. The food, of course, is just as delicious. If anything, it might have even gotten better. Their Paella Negra is to die for! Cannot get enough of it. I also love how their staff...is to proactive. Dos Mestizos is also perfect for date night. It just gives off this inviting vibe. It's also child friendly so that's a huge plus. All in all, would rate this place 6 stars if I could haha. You MUST try this place out for sure!!!!More
