Located in Diniwid beach, have tasted one of the best meals we had on the island during our visit. We tried three dishes- Seafood Paella, calamares (with their specail sauce/dip, and their fresh salad- all were definitely spot on. Will now be part of my...itinerary everytime i will visit the island.More

When looking for good seafood, we ALWAYS go to Mama’s Fish House. Directly in front of Diniwid Beach, accessible via e-trike or a long walk from Station 1, this place offers a good island dining experience. Start with a tuna roll and/or spicy calamares, get...their seasonal fish, throw in a bagnet, and finish with frozen mango margarita.More

Located in Diniwid Beach, it's quite the walk or trike to get there from the Whitebeach area. I believe it's the in-houae restaurant of the Microtel Boracay. I heard alot about the restaurant and enjoyed my fish and chips order. Although, couldn't understand the hype...with the restaurant as everything tasted quite normal. Wasn't good nor bad, but I guess people recommending the place and having to go out of your way to Diniwid Beach may just not be worth it. Staff were accommodating, although they did look a bit understaffed. All in all, good food, but not good enough for one to go out of their way for, especially all the way to Diniwid Beach.More

When we spent one week in 2015 with my family we regularly had a dinner in this place, and being an Italian-Filipino couple we definitely know what good food is. Because back in Italy we are Michelin-star addicts for 22 years now. Back then we...have always been satisfied every single night we ate here, and now it’s 2022 and we came back, and voilà here it’s history repeating! The goodness of the food and service just don’t fade! Not at all! And we’ll keep coming back just like in 2015!More

As rated on different websites this is one of the best fish restaurants on Boracay. It is a little out of the way for tourists on white beach. Very cosy located in Diniwid beach but great seafood, especially the lemon pepper mahi-mahi. The service was...womderful.More

Mamas Fishhouse at Microtel Diniwid Beach Is one of Boracays best restaurant. I always make sure to invite my friends everytime i am at Boracay. Mamas Fishhouse always impress me with an amazing table setting to set the mood may it be for any occassion,...as they always give an effort for the beautiful ambiance and look. The food selection gives everyone a joy, from the appetizers, oh the cheese quesadillas , humus and the spicy calmares tops my favorite and a selection of cocktail perfect as Apéritifs! The maincourse selection is plenty to choose from may I say Choose from their Paella, pasta, and of course grilled fresh seafoods; all is a must try. My fave is the islands local fish Mahi Mahi and Tuna where they create such delicious cuisine, the Grilled Mahimahi w Mango salsa and the Grilled Tuna w ratatouille. Magnifique! And one must try is their owne specialty The Bahay Kubo.; sing it and you have almost all the vegetables in a platter. Check out the photos and see how Mamas Fishhouse treat me special everytime I visit!More

We are definitely adding this to our must-visit restos on the island First and foremost, the staff were very friendly, and accommodating (thank you, Mely and Jhana!). We ordered the Tuna Steak and ratatouille, Roasted Mahi-mahi with lemon sauce, and Prawn Curry. All tasted really...good, perfectly seasoned and beautifully plated. The portions were generous too! The owner was very warm as well, going around checking if everything was alright and that we were taken good care of. The resto has that relaxed island vibe. No wonder it’s always on the lists of top restos on the island.More

Chilli calamari was really spicy; pad thai was ok- tasted like oyster sauce; paella was soupy…. The grilled fish, chicken parmigiana and red roasted mahi mahi were very good. The mango flambé was also very nice. Restaurant is inside Days Hotel in Diniwid Beach. You...can take e-trike to get here or walk thru end of station1 along the footpath.More

We went here twice during our stay in boracay, would've gone more if only there was no ECQ in manila and we didn't have to rebook our flights earlier. I really have to go back to try more of their dishes! They serve the best...seafood in the island. They cook each piece of seafood perfectly. Props to the chef talaga. Personal favorites are the ff: Calamares, Seafood Paella, Marinara, Grilled Squid, Grilled Snapper which is not in photo. We just had to order calamares the second time. Some dishes are not available bc there was no fresh catch of the day but its okay. At least you're assured that they serve fresh food. This was also the best seafood paella ever (remember to preorder!) To get here you need to take an Etrike to Microtel at Diniwid beach that costs around 150.More

This is an off-the-beaten path place. Diniwid beach. Mama's Fish House Is the inhouse restaurant of Microtel Inn and to say that it has a 'humble' vibe is an understatement. Very humble. No grand lobby. No cemented drop off area. The way to the place...by car or tricyle means passing through residential area. We took the e-jeep bec we had lazy kids who didnt wanna walk. I dont even know if in monsoon, walking from station 1 to Diniwid beach is possible. But we did not come for the place, the ambience, nor the view. Maybe if there was sunset, it would be extra. But the rain clouds stayed throughout the day and night. We came for the food and the food did not disappoint. Chili Fried Calamares - the best i have ever tasted Paella - torn between seafood and chicken. Both great. We had crabs off the menu, preordered. Crabs were fresh, fat and tasty! We visited during the monsoon season and the rain was nonstop. We brought our own bottle of red, enjoyed food, while the winds howled and the rain poured. We were the only diners. Twas a good dinner, indeed.More

Everytime im in Boracay i have to eat here. On our first day, we had seafood paella (you have to pre order) and grilled mahi mahi. I just love the side salad that comes with it. The next time we watched the sunset there with...piña colada and mango Margarita with tuna roll and calamares. For dinner we had pasta marinara, burger (best in the island) and Bagnet with rice. They are all my favorites. Another we had Fish and chips and grilled squid, of course they were yummy!😋More
