After a long ride from our first destination, We had our after party which is food party or food trip. We filled our stomach with delicious food came from sari's barrio. They serve fast but still the flavor is there. It was the best!

Recommended to us by the staff at Balai Felicisima as a nice place for dinner. It was a Monday night, and there was only two to three couples there during the evening, though still enjoyable. The Filipino food was tasty 'masarup' and moderately priced. Loved the bamboo tables, chairs and restaurant itself. Would gladly go there again

the most disappointing thing about the seafood kare kare was that it was ALL SOUP. not only was there HARDLY any seafood in the dish, but the mussels were still in the clam shell, so were the shrimp, which we counted to be only about 3-4, and there were pathetically small pieces of squid tenticles in it, other than that..it... This place probably has the most delicious beef kare-kare I've ever tasted. Every time I'm in puerto i will come back again and again just for that. The waiter forgot my beer that's the only negative i have to say about my dinner. Delicious!

Some friends who have been to Puerto Princesa recommended that I try this place. The restaurant itself is ok. But the food....BLAH!!!

After trying some of the bigger name restaurants, finally one that serves incredible food, especially the Kare-Kare and the seafood. Forget Kinabuchs and just dine here, fresh delicious seafood, the best Kare Kare in town, and attentive caring staff.

The Kare-kare was so tasty with a good compliment of good-tasting bagoong. The mixed seafood (mostly grilled) was also evenly distributed with shrimps, clams, fish, squid and sea weeds plus green mango with bagoong... Just like in the baryo...

I guess Sari is from Maria Rosario, the owner of the place. The ambiance was Barrio Fiesta type, but that did not deter us three hungry tourists. Our lunch the previous day was a bit disappointing, in a restaurant near the Mitra ranch. So, when the waiter suggested kare-kare we turned it down, because that was what we had the... More
