Signature restaurants in Jakarta provide a pleasant dining atmosphere with a variety of delicious food choices ranging from sashimi, tempura, fresh seafood, maranggi satay, dim sum, etc. Thumbs up to Chef Tono for providing delicious, fresh and quality food. Get dressed and have a sunday brunch here!
Very recommended.
Sunday means seafood experience, you’ll find Alaskan King Crab that you need to try!
Fresh oysters, lobster, shrimps and all are just so yumm.
All are well-presented and tested delicious. Also thanks for the Head Chef and staff, you were being so nice for making non-spicy fried rice for my lil boy.
Keep thinking about the food while writing this review. Def will coming back there!

This was the first time we tried lunch here, when I entered it was already 1 pm and the guests were not too full, estimated at around 40 ℅ of seating capacity.
We were escorted by the waiters to our seats. After that we waited more than 5 minutes and no one poured water. Finally we took appetizers.
After returning to the table, it turned out that water had not been served. Until we were forced to ask for it to be served.
Today's seafood menu is minus lobster. This is also the second disappointment.
There are lots of waiters but not all of them are on standby at the food station, several times some guests have to ask the waiters to get you the food you want.
The chef didn't look after the grill station, so the meat ended up being overcooked and dry.
For desert, the appearance is very impressive but when I tried it it turned out it didn't meet expectations. Many are dry and the chocolate taste is lacking.
The menu that entertained us was salmon sashimi, boiled shrimp, fresh oysters.
Black coffee is also quite delicious.
Hopefully there will be improvements and see you again on another occasion

Less food variations.
Beef barely exists, only lambs.
Sashimi also doesn't exist (it's weekend only) while in other hotels like shangrila, sheraton, although the weekday still has sashimi.
The sushi is only four variations and nothing tastes good.
The meat crabs are not fresh (look like low-grade/cheap crabs, because the meat of the crabs is broken in the mole - not dense)

All foods are good especially hash brown potatoes, a lot of bakeries which i love very much. The services are very helpful and fast, appreciated to Jamil and Kevin
Just advices to improve the breakfast experience, please make the name tag of the alcoholic food (mirin in japanese soy sauce to be cleared) as we only eat halal food (thanks to Kevin for mentioning it.
Juice also need to be strained more especially pineapple juice

I attended the iftar buffet. The venue provided was not at the usual Signature restaurant, but was moved to the Bali Room. Honestly, the setup was very poor, resembling a wedding reception rather than a proper dining experience. Many of the stalls were unattended, causing some food items to run out without being refilled promptly, and the quality of the food was far below usual standards. It felt a long way from the usual Signature buffet experience. To be honest, my family and I were shocked and disappointed, but since we had already paid, we decided to continue with the meal

Decided to try Kempinski Signature restaurant for Saturday lunch buffer. Great selection of local and international cuisines including oysters, lobsters and crabs. Food quality is mostly good and some are great. Especially delicious is the tempura prawns. Slightly disappointing though to find the alaskan king crab that was advertised were unavailable. Other than this, no complaints. The restaurant was almost fully booked and very busy but the attentive staff still manage to provide good service. Overall good value for money and recommended.

There is no improvement in the iftar menu, there is no menu improvisation, it's just the same every year.
Some foods seem to have been reheated repeatedly, for example goat tongseng and beef stew because the meat has been destroyed. The lodeh vegetables were a bit soft, also like they weren't freshly cooked but like they had been reheated repeatedly.
The fruit is also not premium quality. The papaya is hard and not sweet. Some of the bark is rotten.

The first time we dined here was a treat from our workplace management. We enjoyed the food. So, on my husband's birthday we have decided to try their Sunday lunch buffet and true to our instinct, we immensely enjoyed the food they have served on their buffet tables. All the foods they have served were freshly cooked and well prepared. The request I made for a simple cake more than met our expectation. They even sang the birthday song for my husband. That lunch dinner really made my husband's birthday special. We will definitely be back. Excellent service, Signatures staff! Keep it up! Thank you.🙏🏼

First of All ok everyone..
The dessert is the best. Love it!!
Oister seafood could be fresher please, especially kingkrab & lobster, grilled or seasoned with Padang sauce may be, hopefully!!
The crab is really sweet, really like it.
The strawberries are big, try sweet...but fresh!!
The service staff are all friendly, agile and responsive. Especially Mr Kevin, very helpful...

Wide variety of food with a great ambience. It’s a perfect buffet place to bring your kids along too. Kids under 6 y.o are free :)
If you love Alaska crab, lobster and other fresh seafood, you are at the right spot.
