Pierre has only recently started to serve Sunday brunch which I tried this afternoon with a fiend. There're 2 seatings (11:00 and 13:30) and we opted for the second seating. We only finished around 16:00. I recommend you take the second seating too if you want to have more time for your meal. We started with Ruinart champagne which was... More

My nephew is back from boarding school and my mother wanted to give him a treat. I chose a restaurant with my nephew who is beginning to acquire a taste for the good things in life. We went to dinner at Pierre and we're not disappointed. I would have tried the tasting menu but was afraid I could not finish.... More

A cut above the other brunches in Hong Kong. Not a free for all buffet but a very generous mix of fixed items and a la carte integrated into one menu. The quality of the food and the cooking, particularly for the a la carte items, is far above any other brunch in Hong Kong. Excellent dessert and cheese selection... More

Mandarin Oriental started this started serving brunch not long ago. It is the first time for a Pierre establishment to do so and it is called “Le Grand Petit Déjeuner”. My friend and I decided to take the birthday girl there for this inaugural event and here we are we tried their "brunch" menu. The brunch starts with 10 starters... More

We visited for my wife's birthday dinner. The restaurant itself has a lovely view of the harbour, and I would recommend asking for a table near the window if it is available. The service from all of the staff was excellent - professional, friendly, and attentive. It's a bit of a cliche, but I think service really does set Michelin... More

The dining room is lovely. Very romantic and soothing. The views are wonderful. Service was impeccable. The food was very good. One miss from the kitchen was an in between item from the kitchen. Our problem was with the very tiny menu. 2 of the items were not available. That left not many options. Only 2 dessert choices and 1... More

I loved every exquisite mouthful of this superbly crafted culinary delight. The service is exemplary, presentation simply beautiful and the food must be savoured. Expensive, yes, but we felt it was worth it. A special treat!

Description
This stunning two-Michelin starred restaurant, situated on the 25th floor, is Pierre Gagnaire's pied a terre in Hong Kong. It is here that diners can experience outstanding modern French cuisine in a stunning environment.

With a culinary team led by Gagnaire's protege, Jean Denis Le Bras, diners can expect creative interpretations of classic dishes with seductive flavours that are truly worthy of their two Michelin-stars.

A vision of contemporary luxury, Pierre's decor incorporates luxurious fabrics in a mixture of charcoal, cherry, blue and black highlighted with silver and crystal. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views over Victoria Harbour while the central chandelier changes colour to suit the mood. Atmospheric, dramatic and very chic, it's the perfect setting in which to enjoy phenomenal cuisine.

Staying in Central

Neighbourhood Profile
Central
When people think of Hong Kong, most imagine movies with famous skyscrapers dominating the skyline. The area widely known as Central is the major financial hub and entertainment district, which truly lives up to the saying, “work hard, play hard.” Bars stay open late into the night and there just happens to be a street party every weekend. Although everything seems to be operating at lightning speed, Central is full of quiet, hidden gems. Nestled between office towers are wet markets and some of the city’s oldest restaurants dating back to the 1960s. Feeling a bit overwhelmed? Retreat from the crowds by exploring beautifully restored historical buildings and even a green oasis of botanical gardens.
